I'm going from Bandung to Jogja with my family, because it's really hard to find a hotel, I got it here via Agoda. Honestly, I was really annoyed because at 10 pm when we arrived we couldn't stay there. the mother wasn't clear and in the end we didn't stay there, we were so annoyed that it was late at night, we ended up staying at a gas station and finally asked for a full refund but the mother only gave me half duhhhh

ordered via Agoda, on the day (31 Dec 21) according to my order I went to the TKP, the padlock house. Information from neighbors, the owner has not been home for more than 2 weeks,Confirmation from the owner was that he had informed Agoda that the place had been closed for a long time, even though I ordered on Agoda on December 28 2021.Owner's solution:-that there are lots of accommodation locations around the crime scene (I don't know what that means, am I being told to look for it myself? with the tight conditions and how busy New Year's Eve is?)-The compensation has been transferred directly to the account.
