Great place to stay in Lombok!!! Julian and all the guys are so helpful and nice!! They made our stay there so wonderful!! Rooms are perfect and confortable and the swimming pool are is also great!!!

Super attentive and pleasant staff. The villas are new and very nice with two large pools without excess people.The rooms are air conditioned and clean. In the breakfast area they have water so you can help yourself for free. They provided us with two motorcycles because they have contact with companies there and they brought them to the hotel without us having to move.To put it another way, the breakfast was a bit brief and they didn't have a hairdryer. 10/10!

It was a very pleasant stay. It has very nice pools and clean rooms. The staff was really amazing and was willing to help with anything we needed. The only issue we had were the bathrooms - they dont have mosqito nets on the opening in the wall - please correct this as the stay would be so much more pleasurable if this issue was resolved.

It looks like a facility that hasn't been completed or is aging quickly. There is construction rubble everywhere and there are things that are currently being built. The bathroom looks like it's from an indoor swimming pool, huge and nothing really works. The shower head is leaking, the drain is clogged and the shower enclosure is rusting away.Construction is currently underway next to the hotel (beginning of August 2024) and work will continue on the construction site until midnight. Peaceful sleep - nil. The staff is really friendly, tried hard and greeted me with “welcome home”. The kebon won't be my home in this condition.

Large and nice structure, with two swimming pools.The rooms are large and bright.The service leaves something to be desired not due to the fault of the staff, but due to poor organisation.The reception consists of a simple counter outside, in the bathroom there is no light for shaving or something to place the towel near the sink.Add to this that on the last day of our stay we were without electricity and water for 12 hours.The location is not good, especially if you don't have your own vehicle, because to go to the center you have to travel over a kilometer, passing through a dark, unpaved road with numerous stray dogs.The breakfast is really poor: not only is there no fruit, but not even fruit juices, they only serve tea or coffee and an omelette or a pancake.

Reservation made via booking with prepayment on site. On the day of arrival (12:33 a.m.), I receive a WhatsApp informing me that the hotel is full and that I must cancel my reservation with billing for the first night (900,000 Rp).I see in the comments that I am not the only one who has had this experience. More than doubtful practice!!!No excuses, no refunds. I paid for two nights in vain!! And I had to urgently find a hotel the same day with the cost that it entailed...I strongly advise against booking a room in this hotel.

⚠️SCAM‼️I booked this hotel a month in advance and the day before arriving the person in charge sent me a What's App telling me that my room was not available. He told me to cancel the reservation through Booking, which cost me the price of one night. They do it deliberately in order to sell the room at a more expensive price.It's a shame that these things happen, since they ruin your trip. Don't go to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Kebon. The room is clean and big. The bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is pleasant and the garden very pretty. Too bad there was no fruit or fresh fruit juice for breakfast. The hotel is 5 minutes by scooter from the center and accessible via a somewhat dark path so not a great walk. I would like to thank Julian very much who helped us because we had a problem with our reservation made via agoda. On the day of arrival, the boss we spoke to on the phone informed us that they no longer work with agoda and that our reservation does not exist and that there is no longer availability in his hotel. We then find ourselves with our 2 daughters without a hotel at 10 p.m. It was Julian the employee who did everything to find us a room in another hotel while waiting for a room to become available at Kebon. He accompanied us to the new hotel and came back to pick us up the next morning to help us and it was he who insisted with the boss to find us a room at the Kebon. Throughout the stay he was so kind, helpful, smiling. He responded to all our requests and with a smile. Really lovely boy. Many thanks to Julian, who saved our stay in Kuta Lombok because without him we would have paid more for a much less pleasant hotel. I warn you, however, be careful they no longer work with agoda and yet you can still book on the site.

SCAM. They don't even deserve a star. They notify you by WhatsApp the day before telling you that they do not have capacity and that you cancel the booking reservation in order to charge for one night. When you answer them asking them to cancel it so that it is free of charge, they do not answer your messages. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. We have already reported this hotel to Booking

The employees are wonderful, kind and funny. They try to help you in everything they can and always with a smile.The facilities are great and the hotel is located a few minutes by motorcycle from Kuta.I would definitely repeat.

Don’t be fooled by the lovely images online - we were. Responding to the mess of mixed reviews that is searching for accommodation in Kuta we upped our budget & booked 7 nights here thinking it was the safe bet.Within 2 minutes of arriving we were discussing cancelling & looking for something else.Whole place has a very run down vibe & currently walled in by construction work both on the hotel grounds & surrounding, the noise & views are anything but peaceful. Pool area needs a serious revamp, tonnes of sunbeds & every one was covered in mold, mystery stains & big tears.Room interiors actually very nice - spacious, clean, comfy, plenty storage space for clothes + desk, kettle, fridge. Ac seemed to work okay. Simply, paying this much you don’t want to be living on a building site. Location also isn’t ideal, pretty far from everything so the cost of a scooter is added to the room price (which we were happy with when it seemed we were booking somewhere beautiful & tranquil)Staff was friendly enough, seemed very understanding about us wanting to cancel. They told me to cancel through Agoda but that wasn’t working, they told me if the hotel cancelled they incurred a charge - I suggested they let me know what that charge is & we pay that as cancellation fee. The staff didn’t know so they got the boss on the phone —— he tried to charge me 50% of the booking cost (would’ve been over €100) when cancelling through Agoda would’ve been 15%.. I told the boss this & he said he would think about it & call back. In the end they charged us 500 000 idr (about €30 / most of 1 nights stay) to cancel.All in all not a great experience & not an accommodation I can recommend anyone to book but I appreciate that they let us use the ac room & wifi for a couple hours while we hunted for another accommodation, they also sorted us a driver to get to the next hotel for a reasonableish price as bluebird (the taxi app in Lombok) wasn’t working- in the end we booked a week at ‘Anda bungalows & restaurant’ which I can’t recommend more - is much less pricey, equally lovely rooms but MUCH nicer surroundings & right on Kuta beach…I hope amongst all the new building they’re doing they give the existing areas some love as the place had potential 🙏🏽

The hotel is ridiculous, I ordered via Traveloka, tried checking the hotel via telephone, it said there were no orders via the application, it was fully booked by PT 🤣🤣🤣No more Lombok 2024

We had a great stay.
The rooms are very big and spacious. The shower is huge and there is air flow. Simple breakfast. The hotels construction didn’t start until 9 am so it didn’t bother us. Feels new and well taken care of. We would stay again.
