The smell of soap in the bathroom smells rancid.There is no hairdryer๐ฅฒToiletries incomplete.The AC is not cold.Hopefully it can be fixed, because I found the price on the application is also not cheap.

I stayed on 28 September / weekend and got a Double Junor Suite room at Traveloka for 570 thousand.I was disappointed that the room was not cleanThe refrigerator still has traces / leftover drinks / rubbishThe condition of the pool was unusable due to maintenance reasons, even though I took my children to look for a hotel that could swim, but when I checked out it still couldn't be used.Please pay attention to managers next time, avoid water maintenance on weekends,Honestly, I'm bored.

the price of 360 thousand is too expensive for a room and mattress that is small and smells musty.The bathroom is dirty, the soap and shampoo smell bad.The AC doesn't work, the TV still uses an STB, there is no chair for makeup, the room lights are not bright enough, there is no lift.NB: For those who want to book, if you want two of you, you can choose the deluxe or superior type.Don't make the mistake of choosing the single one because it's only for 1 person.

Actually, this hotel is quite OK & has great potential if the points below (which I experienced myself) are corrected:1. I hope the receptionist (Mrs) can be friendlier in serving guests :) Both check-in and check-out, I felt less "welcome" to the guests, Ms, even though I ordered a total of 3 rooms.2. I don't think the price of this KOSLO hotel is competitive enough, many hotels at that price already have breakfast, but with the price of 400 here apparently it doesn't include breakfast~ it's a shame ๐ฌ3. The hotel room is quite OK, but the cleanliness of the mattress, especially the pillowcase, is a bit dirty, there are some food/drink traces, maybe the blanket or bed sheet makes me itchy... it doesn't seem clean.4. The bathroom shower handle came off...5. The swimming pool is dirty and cannot be used for swimming... even though the intention is to swim at this hotel.6. The WA Koslo Hotel admin is a bit slow in responding to customer requests & complaints..., at least please be more responsive in handling hotel customers.Hopefully the KOSLO hotel can be better & improved in the future, so that customers don't give up on staying at this hotel. :)

Got a cheap price on the application, initially booked a superior room but can be upgraded to a suite via WA, you can also check in early but you have to chat/call first. The parking is safe, there is a parking attendant. The room directly faces the swimming pool. Beautiful atmosphere, shady, and lots of photo spots. The pool is a bit dirty because of dry leaves but it's not that bad, it can still be used for swimming. There is a rinse room too. Rest is also calm and undisturbed because conditions are quite quiet both day and night unless there are small children swimming. The rooms are clean, complete with amenities, the bathroom also has a blower so it doesn't smell. There is a mini refrigerator. The paint on the walls and sofa skin is peeling a bit but it's not a big problem because overall it is comfortable and clean. There is a television but not a smart TV. The minus is that the plug is only in 1 place and the AC is a bit not cold. But the rest isn't a problem. The admin is also fast and the parking attendant is friendly.

Really serious hotel, worth buying it. If you book online it's cheaper and you can't check in early, but you can leave your things here or while you're swimming. It's also important that you register your reservation here, for parking too, bro, you can take care of it, very helpful, if it's raining, the helmet is in plastic, good good facilities, 1000/10 service

When we arrived there was no help carrying suitcases. Entering the room, you are immediately greeted by used drinks in the refrigerator. What's worse. The water didn't come on from morning until I wanted to check out, it only came on intermittently.

In my opinion, if you want to stay alone, it's not bad. I've got a swimming pool too. The aesthetics are in... Minus: During my stay here the water was not smooth, I was nervous when I showered, the water didn't come out/died. Yes, hopefully it will improve ๐ค๐ค

Very bad accommodation. The problem is that water is a mandatory facility for customers. I want to take a shower, etc. so I can't. It hampers all events because the CLEAN WATER facilities here are not on. Almost 4 hours after complaining, the water still hasn't turned on. Bad experience staying here.

Outdoor motorbike parking, but there are guards. Thank God, the motorbike was safe for 2 nights, it was also maintained and the helmet was covered with plastic when it rained. The building is up to 3 floors, there is no elevator so it's a bit of a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. You can't check in early, the minimum is at 14.00, actually it's not a problem if you can immediately check in at 14.00, but when I asked at exactly 14.00 it wasn't possible and had to wait a few more minutes. When we entered our room we were told that the floor was a little wet after mopping it, that's ok! But yaopo rek, it's better to have a room where the floors are wet๐Actually, at that time we were still thinking positively... well in the end I found cobwebs on the ceiling above the mattress and the socket near the table was dead, finally plugged the thermos in the socket near the mattress... with a room rate of 400 (maybe the effect peak season) the cleanliness, service and preparation could be much better.

The table was about to become dilapidated, the AC wasn't cold, the foot of the bed was jammed with bricks ๐ฅฒ, when I got there the pool was dirty, I wanted to vacuum it, I said it was in the morning, it was only vacuumed when I checked out ๐คช

The first time I stayed here, I wasn't given good service, but it was a minus, especially for the security. just come and stay quiet. tediously directed to park. When I was about to pick up the laundry, I didn't see anyone opening the trunk to put things in, so I just hit it. I'm sorry I didn't ask for small talk or not. I swear it makes you really fat. Staying here has a souvenir car with scratches :') even though it was the consumer's car that he hit!!!! The swimming pool also couldn't be used because it was really dirty

It's really good, the vibes are cool, from the outside it's really good. It's one with the cafe, so if you want to have a coffee or do some work, you can go to the cafe. As for the room, it was really right for us who brought 1 child.Exiting the room has a view of the swimming pool. Only yesterday when I finished swimming, I asked to change the towels but had to pay 10 thousand/2 towels in 1 room. Whether this is the correct rule or the waiter asked for a tip, I don't know. It's just that everything else has been paid for with comfort and OK service.
