Don't be fooled by friendly prices (cheap πΉ) The only reason I gave 1 star overall is because of extortion (+ without a receipt even though you have already paid in full on the booking app but added more when checking in) for the reason that weekends, if you cancel, you are threatened with forfeiting the money you have paid! If the price does go up then there should be information in the application, since I'm tired and too lazy to debate I'll just give it, the bed sheets, pillows and bolsters aren't clean enough to wash, if the price is like this, at least you can get toiletries such as toothpaste, soap, brush, but you only get towels, which is a shame, in fact. The facilities are quite complete, my suggestion is to just replace the dishonest extortion employees, as long as there are no changes, don't want to stay here rather than regret it, if you don't believe it, please try it and feel the annoyance of being extorted, that's all and thank you.

I really regretted getting accommodation because the price didn't match the price, there were lots of additional fees when checking in with the excuse from the accommodation that the price hadn't been updated, etc. If the total was around 300, in my opinion it wasn't really worth it.

It's worse, I've already booked on the travel app but the reservation was asked to add 100 thousand on the grounds that the apk was down. It's better to deactivate it if you're not willing to accept promos/discounts from the apk, if not, please update the price. Want to get a refund but it's been more than 24 hours. From there it was suggested to increase the cost by 50 thousand but was given a different location from the room I previously ordered. The facilities are much different. Very disappointed

I stayed at the weekend, with Traveloka I looked for cheap accommodation around the Ring Road and this is what came up. But everything disappeared when I was told to add 100 thousand to what I had already paid in the application. OK, I'll review it in full.- Room = the room is actually clean, but it looks like there are some things that need to be renovated, such as door gaps, a broken bathroom lock and a kitchen cupboard that has had its hinges knocked off.- Facilities = I think the price I paid at Traveloka is relatively cheap, I understand the condition of the hotel. but if I add 100 thousand I think that with the usual amount I will get a more luxurious hotel because I booked for 1 month- The AC is not cold enough because the remote settings have been customized (suggestion is to use the remote application from your Android phone and set the AC temperature yourself according to your wishes)- The TV is digital but not yet a smart TV, and ants often come out- The kitchen is complete (there is a hot water dispenser + gallon) there is LPG gas and a stove that can cook, there is a refrigerator with plates and glasses complete with everything- bathroom water can't flow properly into the drain, the water heater is ok, just please take better care of it.- Prices, if the price in the application is wrong, please update it, don't be lazy. You guys are lazy in business. "If it's extortion, please have enough, dream a lot."Thank You

Be careful. CS can raise the price at will, higher than the price in the application, even though they agreed, they instead blamed the application for giving the wrong price 1 day before the next arrivalπ‘ Very fortunately it could be cancelled. Totally not professional and not recommended!!!

The receptionist is not at school. Asking to increase the price is glaring, not embarrassing. "Their business is with the application and it's thrown to other people who don't know what." If you need money, you don't need to be loud, you definitely won't give it. You can't set the hot water, it's like you want to boil soup so you shower using toilet spray water, no toothbrush or shampoo. LCD TV. defective. The AC isn't cold enough. I don't know if the tap water tastes stale.I don't know what the other receptionist is doing, but the skinny one on duty last night needs to go back to school

The price doesn't match the Agoda app. It's free to download Agoda. There must be an additional fee to get to the place hahaThe bathroom also doesn't have soap. I bought the soap myself hahaha

the room is clean, but the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust so it's a bit dirty, the air conditioner isn't cold, even at night it feels really hot.The good thing is there is a refrigerator, stove, plates, glasses, spoons, gallon water. There is also a canteen below.

If you want to stay here, I'll let you know. The price doesn't match the application. It says the price can't be updated in the apk blah blah. That should be his problem, not our problem who wants to stay overnight. At this point, I was asked for more money, hahaha. The sheets were rough, the shower was funny, if it was hot it wasn't really hot, it couldn't be moderate, so the result was a shower with cold water. When I came in there was still eyelash residue that had fallen out and hadn't been cleaned.
