For me, it is highly recommended to stay here...the cottage facilities are complete, including a kitchen and cooking utensils. Suitable for family holidays. The cottage directly faces the beach with a stretch of sand...the kids are not satisfied because of the long stay...next we will definitely go on holiday here again...

I stayed at km 4A, for the place it is highly recommended with a fairly cheap price, right next to the beach next to Sambolo, if you want to buy breakfast outside, it's right next to the hotel, just walk, opposite there is also a minimarket so it's easy if you want to buy anything , really enjoyed staying here next time I will stay again...The input for the air conditioner can be made of 1pk so that it feels better throughout the room since there is only 1 AC in the TV room 😁 Hopefully the facilities provided will be better 🥰

Visited this mining chicken villa for company outing event. With a simple and elegant villa design, and a yard and clean beach sand, it is suitable for gathering or outing activities that require freedom to play, you can also have a BBQ. The beach sand is fine, suitable for small children and those with families.

Since the 1990s, I have been coming here for family holidays. Tambang Ayam has one of the beaches in Anyer which is sloping with fine sand and no coral, so it is very comfortable for children to play. The villa design is compact and simple, suitable for families whose focus is on outdoor activities. The dining table and kitchen are located outside the building so you can eat while enjoying the beach atmosphere. A place to rinse outside with direct access to the bathroom so there is minimal risk of getting muddy inside the villa due to passing residents who have played on the beach. Ample parking and access to the beach only a few meters from the villa. The staff was also very helpful. There are no amenities provided other than 1 gallon aqua in a ceramic dispenser and a gas cylinder with a one-burner stove for cooking. There is a rice cooker and electric kettle as well as minimal cooking utensils (4 glasses, 4 plates, 4 bowls, small pot, frying pan and sodette). Bring your own dishwashing liquid or you can ask the staff to buy it. The concept of the villa is for playing on the beach and chatting with family, so there's no wifi... let alone a smart TV :)

Advice for the owner, the villa is good in terms of design, location, price, service, but small details like the sink is dead, the bathroom door can't close, I swear the bathroom door is a real problem.

The beach house is nice, the concept is unique, even though the 2 bedroom house is small, the space used is quite good. Very close to the beach, the beach is quite clean.
