Great place to waste money in vain.Drama 1.I had a down payment 3 weeks earlier, but on the day of the move I was informed that there was a problem with the electricity and a short circuit so I couldn't use the AC, etc. I was forced to move. And it turns out it's not a short circuit, BUT THE POWER IS LESS. with a boarding house that is said to be 3 stars, the power supply is only 600????Drama 2.The room electricity went out because the power used was too large. And the noble Koko Stefanus said, "You are using too much, Sis. Even though I've already increased the power, it's only because of you, bro, increasing the power from 600 to 1,300 is that heavy, isn't it? My previous boarding house, which was NOT 3 STAR, only had an electrical power of 2,200🤣Drama 3.From the start, I confirmed several times that the boarding house price included electricity, His Majesty Koko also confirmed YES. Turns out it's only valid for a month WKWKWK. I was given a letter to take effect the token on March 20, and on March 20 it immediately took effect. WOW, COOLDrama 4.Ordered Gofood and left it at the reception desk, picked it up 10 minutes late then disappeared. Asked the Cleaning Service but the answer was "if there's a package right away, just take it, bro, because it's often happened that a lot of them get lost." Other tenants are also experiencing this." CoolDrama 5.Forgot to turn off the tap water, it dripped a little. Not the one with the tap open. The next day he was called and accused of being strange. Koko Stefen, the owner, said, "Yes, I mean, if you don't want to live here or you don't feel good, that's okay, bro, just move" even though I already apologized for that. Very cool etiquetteDrama 6.Connected earlier. Every time something happens, the owner's solution is "if you don't like it anymore, that's okay, just move, bro."Wow, that's very wise for an old manThe whole room was very dark/dim, like in a shop. Wifi is very bad and the TV has lots of ants. The hot water often goes out. Ordinary water is cloudy so you have to buy a shower filter first. The cleaning service entered the room carelessly when no one was there - even though the aim was to pick up rubbish from the room bin. Cleaning service as well as guarding the boarding house only until 5 pm.Pay more for car parking??? Well, don't expect to get a special parking lot, because the system is a struggle with visitors. There are so many rules that suddenly exist, or suddenly change. There is a kitchen, but no stove is provided. It's really humorous to have a boarding houseBut an okay place to listen to the owner's life story. Don't be surprised if you hear someone calling in the morning, their voice can be heard up to the 3rd floor. Don't be surprised if there is a household commotion.Be healthy. And maybe you can learn again how to politely communicate with humans🙏🏻I lived here for quite a long time because I didn't have time to look for a boarding house, let alone move due to my current job situation. Hopefully no one experiences anything bad again, and hopefully the service will be better - at least it can be more standard, not too bad

One of the good boarding houses, like a hotel too, so use a card, don't worry about losing things too. There is a refrigerator with it, close to many places to eat and also public transportation. Worth the price anyway✨

The location is easy to reach by vehicle, busy, easy to eat, next door there is a minimarket. The room is clean, but you can't ask for the bed sheets to be changed, if you want to change them you have to use your own, the pillows are smelly, it's time to change the mattress, there's a mess here and there, it's often noisy downstairs like people are fighting. My advice, if you want to stay a while, don't forget to bring bed sheets and towels too, because towels are not provided. And one more thing, when you just enter the room, don't forget to take photos of all the conditions, because the rules are a lot of waste

The boarding house costs 3 million/month but there are too many rules, to the point that if my wife comes I'm still charged 600 thousand/person.- Too many rules in the boarding house- The boarding house is dark, the lighting is very bad, at half past 6 in the morning the hallway lights are turned off by the owner- I couldn't take a shower at 10pm. I couldn't take a shower anymore- rooms are cleaned without notification or permission so there is no privacy.- at a price of 3 million/month you still have to pay electricity tokens :)Just wait and see if I get my deposit money back.
