Expensive. Old and dark building. The staff on duty are not friendly and provide solutions. Any service takes a long time. There are cockroaches in the room. Laundry fades and is often late.

A month living here the power goes out a week to 10x EVERY NIGHT FOR A WEEK because all the power is combined. Initially I chose to stay in Rukita to get comfort because work was super busy but it ended up being a disadvantage to the point that I had to stay in a hotel for 3 days.Technicians are very slow to respond, the building feels old and not rejuvenated.After repeated complaints, the CS suddenly responded that we MUST PAY MORE FOR EVERY ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT BROUGHT (hair dryer, straightener, air purifier, etc.). If that's the case, it's better to just get an electricity token for each of you, instead of claiming that the cost of the boarding house includes electricity but everyone asks for an additional payment 😅😅😅After I said I wanted to check out, there was no apology, asking to confirm that I was actually checking out or not because the room would soon be put on the market again. Wow, really money oriented.My laundry clothes faded, 3 pieces were paid compensation of 70k per piece. When transferred, the total is 200k, the discount is 10k even though it's compensation, OK?The branding is cool but the service is very poor. Especially the technical team who have no empathy, poor work ethics and careless work.Totally bad experience

Besides the prime location, this co-living kost also comfortable and very convenient. It's like everything is there for you, from the food stalls around, minimart to the ATM and even the barbershop.The service is excellent, from the customer service on WhatsApp, apps that works properly to the people who guards the building 24/7.The mini kitchen is upstairs where you can cook or heating the food you had. But there's no microwave.Recommended and worth the price place to stay, your room comes with 3 times a week housekeeping, laundry service, electricity, water heater, wifi and water dispenser. The flat TV is cable channels, very diverse and you won't be out of tv entertainment.

Be careful with numbers listed other than those of the owner of the property. I don't know if this is someone or what. I chatted from the question and answer number in the name of Dede Lesmana TF. A certain amount of money began to be extorted for a deposit of 400,000 to get a receipt first, he said, after that the TF withdrawal system was 1,900,000 using the reason for the free voucher code for that amount of money. Apparently after that it was blocked. After arriving at the location... apparently there is no system like that.And security said there was something like that before.Hopefully there are no more victims. From people who want to make money quickly by working smart and cheating.For Rukita myself, I apologize for commenting here. Because I got the number from the "question and answer" information for ordering.

This home stay is located on Jalan Taman Setia Budi II no. 9 South Jakarta is close to SMA Negeri 3 Jakarta. The room facilities are quite complete and very comfortable here. There are quite a lot of choices for culinary delights around the area and you don't need to worry. There is also very easy access to public transportation such as busway, KRL and MRT. Highly recommended to live in Rukita for the upper middle class. For security, it is also guarded 24 hours by security and CCTV.
