A new establishment,the place is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful,.the place is close to all essential amenities including the local BTS station,ant the local motorbike taxi hangout is only a few yards away.

It was about a 15 minute train ride from the city center and a 10 minute walk from the station, but the hotel had a stylish and fashionable space and was very comfortable. Also, the surroundings were quiet so I was able to relax very much. The price is also low, so I highly recommend it! I even thought I could live here!

VSP Punnawithi hotel is an all-around good value.. It is not too far from the BTS; and the walk traverses a quaint neighborhood that has good prices on food, barbers, massage…

Rooms is small, far away from 711 and BTS. Very dark at night not safe. Shower doesn't work. Hot or cold.. The warm is not adjustable.I changed room 403 to 303. 303 is worst, bed is broken. Shower is the same. Aircon is noisy.Staff is helpful but unable to do much.12th August. UpdateI want to rewrite what I wrote. Ever since the hotel staff made great effort to repair the shower temperature gauge, now I can get a good shower without being scaled. Secondly they replace the broken bed and I sleep well enough.Finally, the walk to BTS Punnawithi is 10mins 600m and coinvient to go the city.Thank you for meeting my request.Will be back if you not increase the price too high.BTW.. Aircon is very cold and quiet.

Hotel is a great value for your money, the rooms are very nice and AC blows very cold. No bugs or dirt found in the hotel. Housekeeping is great. The location is about 15 min walk from the BTS station. Great bang for your buck.

Friendly Staff with good service. Room was in good condition, bathroom is clean and comfy but here are some comments;1.as I slept near the pump room, Water Pump sound was too loud, you can hear them working all night.2.Bedsheet and Towel are clean but very old. You can tell from the faded color and some stain on it. (You can’t wash it unless you need to buy a new one)3.Pillows were not good. Feel like 2 pillows were not the same. One was flat, another one was fluffy. The quality is not good tho.4.Lighting in bedroom is not feeling homey and comfortable as they used cool tone. Should have use warm tone instead

But the amenity is not the same.601 2 pillows, no slippers, no small table, unclear TV.401 4 pillows, slippers, small tableWent down to inform the front desk, there was no service recovery or anything.2. The dust behind the refrigerator is very thick.3. The water curtain is dirty and moldy.4. Fungus along the edge of the sink5. The walls have black marks throughout the room.very dirty6. I absolutely adore this hotel to bits. Firstly the location is less than a kilometer from the BTS (which does require a little walking) but its rather a quiet end. Short distrance to convinience stores and street food.Rooms are clean, spacious and furnished with a nice closet, shower room and fridge. They also have a tiny gym downstairs and cafe attached to the lobby.For the price, its extremely great value.

I stayed here for two nights. The room is simple, practical and clean. It is located quite a way out from the main highlights. There is a BTS line station less than 10min walk and Grab taxi's are reliable. It will take about 45min to get downtown to the riverfront. There is a 7/11 and local street food nearby and a few local places eg. massage, nails etc. It was fine for somewhere to rest your head after a long day of exploring.

Room are nice and well maintained. Clean and safe. But a little out skirt 8.5 km from city centre. How ever the RBS station is 300 meters from hotel need to walk. There is Seven Eleven 200b meters. I did not find any restaurant of my taste.
