Cool, spacious, there is a swimming pool and gym equipment, a spacious kitchen with complete equipment. What makes it amazing is that the durian tree is bearing fruit again. The location is also not very far, the front is right at the Unpad Dago campus

The staff are friendly, not annoying at all, really helpful... the house is clean, the toilet smells good, the swimming pool is clean, the kitchen pans are really good. There are 7 rooms, if you add an extra bed you can get up to 4 beds... order on air bnb, if you want to order here in advance, so it's not full and you can coordinate the rooms and the placement of the extra beds

The house is nice. Clean. There are employees who serve and are friendly. Help and I'm not disappointed n will inform my friends... hopefully I can return to this villa again. Just a suggestion if you can give me a disc, please hehehe

1. Super super super slow response, and avoids problems experienced by guests. the phone won't be picked up.2. The water was off for 24 hours, zero compensation, all 12 of us ended up renting another hotel just to shower.3. Only turning on the speakers INDOOR with the volume not even 50% is already a warning. Laughing all afternoon while playing the guitar is also reprimanded, so we have to whisper?4. The wooden chairs in the swimming pool were broken without any notification/warning not to use them, as a result one of our friends got stuck when he JUST wanted to sit down and his finger tore and had to be stitched up at the nearest hospital. The employee at the villa just said "oh yeah, it's been broken for a long time, don't use it"5. We were given 1 hour extra time to check out, because of the water problem yesterday, even though on the day we checked out the water only came on at 10.30! extraordinary, clever at joking. The water is off for more than 24 hours, compensation for extra time check out 1 hour, cool. The hotel rental money (3 rooms) was also not replaced / took the initiative to replace it.Never again. For owners/managers who read this review, I have tried calling you to convey this privately, but there was no reply whatsoever (I have chat/telephone evidence), so I will review it here.

The villa is really cool, especially the staff are kind and very humble.And what's nice is that you can bring cats here too...Very clean.Especially the bathroom.However, if you like guitars, I don't recommend it here because it can't be loud or loud.Love it.

House with complete facilities, there are sports facilities, swimming pool, etc. The kitchen is spacious and the kitchen facilities are complete and good. When we arrived we were received by the friendly manager. In general, it is clean, well maintained and classy (according to the price). There is a prayer room. Very close to Unpad, just walk a few meters. Parking can be for 4 cars.

When you arrived, you were immediately greeted by the manager and given a room tour while the rules were explained. You can chat to check out and we checked out at 11.30. The manager and guards are friendly, the villa is really nice and luxurious, the facilities are also okay, especially the kitchen. At first I was a little worried when I saw the previous reviews but it turned out there was no problem. There were no guards passing by and we, whose members were 12 adults and 8 small children, would of course be noisy, but there were no problems with the guards. Maybe next year I will come back here again because the place is really as good and delicious

I had initially purchased via Airbnb, and was waiting to be accepted by the manager (Ryan) of this villa, but after 24 hours there was no response at all. There was no reply in chat. And in the end there was no approval. (The condition of the villa is still available on that date)Because I had already informed the participants who wanted to go on holiday that we agreed with this villa, I finally came directly to Bandung for a survey.When we got there we were greeted well by the house keeper (teh enah) and informed that the Manager was out and tried to connect to the telephone but Ryan didn't want to receive my telephone call.After that I chatted and called back but there was no response or answer that we could/can we book this villa.Very rude and has NO ETHICS in doing business, if it is felt that the villa cannot be reserved on that date, at least there is good information and feedback.It is not recommended to have contact with the manager/host and it is very unfortunate that the condition of the villa is very good but it is not accompanied by good manners from the management.BTW, if you stay at this villa, according to several reviews, the guard and manager live together in the villa (in one building there is only a door that can always be opened and closed) and there is no privacy.

The best villa!!! ***** It's impossible to find another villa other than here, recommended villa. Everything is there, cool, very clean, there is a room for privacy between guests and employees. Oh, I want to go on holiday here again soon.

The facilities are actually good and enough to make you comfortable, but the service is not good because there are many things that cause miscommunication. There are too many people going back and forth so we feel that privacy is not maintained, we have to maintain cleanliness but cleaning tools are not provided (you have to ask first before being provided). The price should also be all-in, but if we leave it dirty we will be charged an additional fee, then we can't make too much noise so it's not recommended for gatherings with friends or family where it's going to be noisy. One more thing, the manager was very slow in responding from the first time I chatted to ask about the facilities and when I wanted to do the first survey until I made the booking, the response was very slow, is it really the only one who felt the response was slow because seeing the Airbnb comments, many said they responded quickly.
