Very strategic location in the middle of the city, under the hotel lots of food selling like a night market, I stayed here because I watched the AESPA concert hehe, if I go to Jakarta again I'll just stay here again

The service is very bad. I'm disappointed. Several times I stayed overnight, when there was a problem I couldn't help. Wanting to cancel is difficult.The cashier was rude too.It's not polite on WA.I've given up on being there again. Looking for another hotel.I'm really annoyed. I want to enter media.

The room was too narrow, even though I chose the business class one, because I thought it would be different and more spacious than the fist class room, it turned out to be very narrow. Not suitable for carrying a lot of items. Then, the bathroom floor was slippery as if it had never been brushed. The plus point is the strategic location, lots of street food along the road to the accommodation.

With a super cheap price rate, the facilities at this inn are okay. First, there is the elevator. Second, the room facilities are very complete. There is AC, TV, spring bed + bedcover. The toilet is also a sitting toilet. Plus towels and bath soap are provided.Only one drawback, the room is super small so there is no space for prayer. And the cleanliness is lacking. Service is also minimal. It's like I just borrowed an iron, but I don't have one huhu.

Personal review⚠️PLEASE READ FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO STAY ⚠️Minuses:• The size of this room is very small and there is no place to store a backpack• There are lots of small insects that crawl and can enter the body• There is a lot of mold on various furniture• It is strange but true that there is camphor on the bedroom door• The trash cans provided are moldy and black in color, very unhygienic• There is trash (soap bottles?) in the bathroom• It can be seen that there is a soap holder in the bathroom but it is very rusty (Dangerous)• It can be seen that a lot of mold and mildew has accumulated on the shower head (Dangerous)• The water in the shower cannot be adjusted to warm and cold levels• The bathroom door cannot be locked• The mattress is very untidy, and there is a suspicion that the mattress has been used for something unnatural because there are very deep grooves• There are customer items left in the room (the officer asks to return the items after entering for 3 minutes). It can be suspected that the room was NOT CLEANED and CHECKED• No parking for carsPluses:• The hotel is very close to Duri station and you can even walk from the location to Duri St in just 20 minutes ±

Rooms & service are just ordinary, according to standard and price. The plus point is that at night the front street is busy with people selling, lots of snacks.Stayed for 3 days, the first day was messy because the bed sheets weren't changed, but after the request was changed they were immediately replaced. There is an elevator too, although it is small. Parking is just small,Can't park the car
