The boarding house is clean, parking is easy because there is a basement, the area is not scary and dark, opposite there is a 24 hour Indomaret, the guards are kind and cooperative, unfortunately you have to change your place of work

4 months living here so far it's comfortable, the boarding house keeper (Mas Yono) is very helpful especially with car parking arrangements.For complete facilities, there is an elevator, free drinking water, shower & heater, rooms are also cleaned regularly by request. Strategic location across from Indomaret, easy to find food and close to the Transjakarta bus stop.Services such as wifi and if there are problems, problem solving is also fast. The initial deposit money is also returned according to the contract & agreement at the beginning. Recommended place to stay in Tomang are.

The rental price for this boarding house includes wifi facilities...and card lift access...When I entered I was asked to deposit 1.5 million.1.2 million for a 300k deposit for lift card access.On the first day I entered I was never given an access card...The reason is that the boarding house keeper is because the floor is on G.However, I had to make a deposit as well as an access card for whatever reason even though I was never given an access card.The first day I entered the bathroom there were lots of animals like small worms, I understand maybe because the room had been empty for a long time.The wifi is outside the room... not in each room.When you first enter the wifi, the connection is disconnected and the connection cannot be stable (can't be used)I complained but a few days later a router was installed near the room.After installing it, the connection in the room still can't be stable.According to the guard and owner it continues to be okay...even though the person using and using my wifi...I complain almost every day that the WiFi doesn't work but I ignore it and don't respond.Even though I need wifi for work.Until finally I decided to move boarding house in the 3rd week so I could work.I have already explained that I don't use wifi all the time at this boarding house and use my personal quota (buy my own package)... the boarding house should provide wifi facilities, but instead I spend more money buying an internet package.When I left I asked for my full deposit of 1.5 million to be returned without deductions because I didn't get my right to boarding.However, the owner and the boarding house keeper actually blamed me because the boarding house agreement was to deduct a deposit of 500 because the room could be sold to someone else.Even though when I left there was still an empty room that had not been filled.What I am very disappointed with is that this boarding house only prioritizes the tenant's obligations but ignores the tenant's rights which include facilities that should be used.I have been boarding in Jakarta for more than 8 years and have never had any problems before I moved to this boarding house.So...if there are other options, it's better to consider it...In my opinion, this boarding house management is like taking advantage of the agreements in the boarding house contract that only benefit them without caring about the tenants.In the contract, it is written that if less than 1 month's notice, 500k is deducted... but the existing boarding facilities cannot be used (internet) and are not provided (card access).Is it fair to still deduct 500k if you move because the facilities were not obtained according to the agreement?That's all...I thought it was spam...this is a real review...Why am I tired of writing so long if it's spam...The owner's name is Tengku Hubaya.Be careful if you want to share data costs without permission.
