The apartment is not as good as the one offered in the photo. But the sheets and blankets are quite clean. Admin is disappointing, slow and unfriendly. And there's another parking fee for staying overnight. So if you do the math, it's still cheaper to stay in a hotel

I was asking the owner about how much rent for per day, agreed to book a room and they said i have to pay for down payment. Alright, i sent the money right away, but then they asked me to pay more for "safety charge" which cost IDR 500K even when i'm not moving in yet. I asked them to return the down payment, and yet they still said i should complete the whole payment in order to get my money back with no discount. So ridiculous. They took 70% of my down payment because I refused to pay more.Just sharing so anyone doesn't have to get through the same thing I did.Here's the number of the person who i contacted +62 819-9409-1557and I booked under my name, afifah zakiyah ilham
