We stayed at Dolcevita for two nights during the low season (we were meant to stay for four nights but we ended up leaving early). Firstly, the staff were really friendly, so that was nice. However, there was often no one at reception which made things difficult. On night one we discovered a colony of ants in the bathroom of our villa (which didn’t seem very well cleaned initially anyway). A member of staff came in and sprayed the area with Raid but we still found ants throughout our stay. The water in the villa also didn’t seem safe or particularly clean as it was slightly brown coming from the tap. The location is on the side of the road so traffic noise is loud, and the walk to the beach was a bit perilous due to the rain. The pool wasn’t cleaned until we got there and it genuinely seemed that they weren’t prepared to have any guests at all. The staff were very helpful when we did decide to leave and only asked that we pay for the nights we stayed rather than the whole booking, which was nice. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I liked it very much. Due to low season and Songkran, it was sometimes difficult to find someone at the reception to extend your stay. But it was never a problem and after consultation, the owner said I should just stay longer and pay later.PS: Beds were a little softer than usual in Thailand, which I also really liked. 👍

Post curated with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Relaxing pool area with bar open all day. Beach a stone's throw away. Surprisingly, the restaurant's pizza was good, prepared by the Italian owner.

Danger! This resort under the name no longer exists (according to reception). Supposedly new name and new owner. Our booking via Expedia was rejected on site and we had to pay three times the price for the same room. If not, look for another hotel. The accommodation and facilities are good/okay. The communication and service on site was an absolute disaster.

Excellent place in Long Beach. Rooms have great beds, fast shower, quiet a/c, a kettle, hair dryer, fridge, complimentary drinking water, quality towels and bedding, a safe and a tv. The staff are on top of everything and Massimo has achieved perfection in bungalow, restaurant and pool.The beautiful beach is a 3 minute walk.One of the best places I've ever stayed in 50 years of Asia travel!

Had a super nice stay here, and ended up staying longer than anticipated. The hotel is in a good area, 2 minutes walk to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Staff is super friendly and helpful, always making sure you have everything you need. There is a restaurant at the hotel, I really recommend ordering some food and enjoying it by the pool. The pool was nice, with sun-beds for tanning and small bamboo huts for some shade. Rooms were nice and clean. The bathrooms were good, but could use a little upgrade, especially the shower so the water doesn’t get all over the floor. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay close to the beach. Houses are little bit old, but everything clean and fixed ok. Bed was little bit hard and pillows are mega hard. The owner and the staff are very friendly and welcoming people that ready to help you with anything you may need.Long Beach just 1 min walk from the house. Also good restaurant and all the territory green and well decorated.

The bed (mattress) is rock hard, not good for my back! But everything else fits! Very nice owner and the people are all very friendly! And now 5 points because they got a softer attachment for the mattress!

My best stay in Thailand so far! Owned by Italian-Thai family, who are super kind and always go an extra mile to make sure you are happy with your stay. I was even given a proper office chair upon my request for a place to sit for work (I work remotely) - my spine says Grazie Mille! Rooms are basic, but large, clean and well-kept. Cleaning staff has been very friendly and accomodating. I cannot recommend this place enough.

It was nice to have a restaurant right in front of the accommodation.It's close to the sea. The room is clean and nice too. It always smells good after cleaning.It's a shame there's no swimming pool, but it's okay because I chose it knowing this.There is loud music somewhere nearby.

Very good location a few meters walk from the beach.Very clean bungalow, impeccable service.We ate every evening at the hotel restaurant (the pasta is excellent).EVERYTHING The staff is adorable!!!!Very very good value for money.The staff is responsible for bringing scooters if you wish to rent them.It is a very family-friendly and very enjoyable Hotel-Bungalow.I highly recommend coming here!

This review is for laundry service only. I dropped off laundry here For 50 baht a kilo because it was close to my hotel. They said it would be ready that day. It was not ready at 6 pm, but said I could come back at 7 or 8 pm. I picked it up next day as I had dinner plans, I recommend laundry service 10 minute walk south from here, that just specializes in laundry.
