I wanted to have a peaceful holiday but it turned out there was an incident with a sprain, fortunately the hotel was quick and very kind and gave me ice cubes for compresses, I was told not to apply balm or other heat so the swelling wouldn't increase. crazy new lesson, thank you Santorini staff

the staff is very reliable, such as helping us carry suitcases when checking in and checking out, helping us call a carriage when we want to go to the portthe food in the restaurant is very varied and delicious, we tried rib soup, chicken taliwan, gado gado, everything tastes delicious

It was a really pleasant experience while staying here, from the start of getting on the cart and coming down with help with things, the staff were helpful, the room was clean and smelled good, when you were hungry during the day you could also order to the room and the best part was the watermelon ball juice, it was really fresh

Photos on Booking are one thing, reality is another. Unfortunately, the hotel smells of crap and is clearly neglected. The white walls have long lost their freshness, the rooms are poorly lit, and there is a smell of damp in the bathroom. The shower, which could have been outdoors, was covered with a prison grate full of leaves. The service is nice and helpful if you ask directly. During the four days of our stay, no one came into the room to refill coffee or toilet paper, not to mention the lack of cleaning, despite the "Please clean my room" sign.Breakfast - poor and not very tasty.The swimming pool is a plus.If any of you miss your cat while traveling, you can satisfy your need to cuddle your cat here;) a funny family of kittens lives in the hotel :)

We had a 4 day stay in Santorini Gili T. Itβs a very cute & calm place to be. The rooms are small simple but cute for 1-2 people. We had a really nice experience there as a guest and want to thank especially Andre for being a super helpful & caring host. He is really making sure that our stay could be the best possible experience & for this Iβm very thankful. Big thank you Andre.

This is the second time going to Gili Trawangan and why are you only finding out about Santorini now? If you want to rest in peace and comfort, you can. If you want to have fun playing volleyball and badminton, you can. Want a sunset? He's the point. Want to chill after the sunset? You can also hang out on the beach where there's free popcornAnyway, if you go to Gili, you will come back here againπ₯°

Very unprofessional, I ordered via Traveloka well in advance, but on the 1st day before the check-in date, canceled unilaterally on the grounds that the room was full, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Hotel where we stayed "in spite of", the normally planned hotel was full. So we were redirected to this one which was a very bad experience.Not a great location, out of the way.Do not trust the photographs of the hotel. Small and dirty room. Sink yellows. Open bathroom allowing insects to pass through.All the doors close very poorly.Noises of small animals under the roof.Concerning the swimming pool, we were in that of another hotel next to the beach open to the public.The worst was the breakfast (see pictures). Very little choice, especially salty.The food is left from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in full sun (cut fruit, butter, cooked meals, etc.). Forced to ask several times to refill the little food (watermelon, bread, etc.).I had the misfortune of asking for an egg to cook for 8 minutes...after 20 minutes I still haven't had it. Forced to leave because we weren't going to wait all day.Bad service.Wifi does not work in the room.Finally, the state of the tables and chairs for dining is deplorable.I do not recommend this hotel, we are very disappointed fortunately it was only for 3 nights.

The hotel provides bicycles so you don't have to bother looking for them anymore. The bike is equipped with a lock too. When I was using my bicycle and wanted to lock it near Central, it turned out that the key was jammed and couldn't be turned. I was a little worried that if I didn't lock the bicycle, I was afraid what would happen, luckily I saved the hotel's emergency number and informed them of the problem. Not long after, the staff named Mas Yandi came to bring a spare key. Thank you Santorini staff who were helpful, great π

I recently returned from our second stay at Santorini Beach Resort, and it was just as fantastic as the first time! The staff at here is top-notch. From friendly greetings to going above and beyond to meet our requests, they made us feel valued and welcome especially Habib and Ayuk as Front Office who helps me a lot!!

It's crazy how good the service is. At night, my friends and I were hungry at 12 o'clock, the restaurant was already closed, but they offered to make Indomie soup complete with eggs and chilies, I'm really happy so I'm not hungry anymore and can sleep soundly, thank you Sis Hendra and Sis ruliHotel but it feels like your own home
