We had a girls trip to Bali from Australia recently, and based ourselves at Sanur Residence. It turned out perfect - being able to have a quiet base to come back to each day away from the hustle and bustle...and the extra level of service that we received from our local hosts was exceptional. We felt very cared for!A special shout out to our driver Parsa that took us out each day to see the sights - nothing was a hassle. We can't wait to go back!!

Management are a complete disgrace!!!!Booked these villas more than six months ago for a week during peak school holiday period. Five families (>20 people) flying in from around the world to catch up after many years.Booking confirmed, deposit money gleefully taken by the shyster ownersWith minimal notice we are told that booking has been cancelled because they want to have a wedding (ie make more money from some nauseating cliched destination wedding than honour a paid confirmed booking!!)The muppets could have at least lied to us and claimed the plumbing has exploded or something Instead too dimwitted and simply admitted to being greedy.With so many fantastic villas in Bali why would anyone want to book here - a confirmed booking means nothing.Good riddance Manure Residence.

Booked a villa in advance, then booked expensive airline tickets to come visit, they cancelled it 2 months before because of a wedding. Not a very nice thing to do, and one speculates they wanted a premium cash return, rather than to honour existing commitments. Just know that this is the way this place works - unreliable.

Nice and very spacious place. Clean too. The service is also very good, even my rental car was washed by the guard there 😂1 large villa, can accommodate 10 peopleIt's a shame that the road to enter is quite small (you can still fit a car) and it's very dark at night.
