The room was quite small. When the bathroom was wet after showering, it smelled very strange. At first there was no trash can in the bathroom or in the room, but we got one when we asked. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but it was very difficult to communicate because they didn't speak English very well and were hardly there, even during the day. Sometimes you had no contact person at all. There was a water station, which is very cool.You can definitely go there for one night

Hotel Red Door - A Bad ExperienceThe room I was given was dirty and smelled of mildew. There was mold in the corners, and the sheets were stained. The bed was also very uncomfortable.I would not recommend the Hotel Red Door to anyone. Below budget! Was once a great hotel & at least renovations are happening at this tired establishment. Cheap doesn't have to mean grubby. WiFi is really poor. Haven't tried the restaurant. Pool is great although as tired as the rest off the place. The room next door has constant guests, all of whom sit outside smoking. My room stinks of cigarette smoke & I woke this morning with a sore throat.I know Bali is having a tough time atm. A little effort on making the place clean would go a long way.Great to have bottles of water each day😊 Cheap price really means cheap here, great if you just need somewhere cheap to sleep. Good location 😊
