There is no toothbrush, no mineral water in the room, no telephone, no TV, the door handle to the room always comes off when you pull it to close it from the outside, the curtains are difficult to close tightly so people passing by from outside can see in. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved further. The male staff are friendly.

Best!! Strategic location in the Sanur area near Sindhu Beach, easy to find on the main road, very friendly service & helpful information, clean & comfortable rooms, swimming pool is well maintained, drinking water refills are also available, toiletries are also provided, highly recommended!! 👍

At the beginning of Sinur Beach, it's quite a distance. However, the local-enjoyed SEGARA Beach is close by. I liked this less well-known place better.The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

I lived there from 12/11/23 to 12/18/23. Great value for money, small pool and very nice boss. In my opinion everything is fine as it should be. Not a “fancy” thing, an honest guesthouse with charisma. Centrally located with a large selection of places to eat and shop. Can highly recommend it... Greetings William from Zurich

Geoff, Rara and Nyoman are awesome. We ended up staying much longer than planned as it was so comfortable - and with the pool upstairs and great consideration to detail - along with genuine interest and care of the guests.. I'll write a rare review.. as this is the best value place in the area. We will be back soon!

Very good hotel or hostel!! It happened by chance due to a transfer at the neighbors. Booked an additional 2 nights. It is a bit noisy, but with ohropax it is fine. Wonderful bed! Everything clean. Large shower/toilet. Very helpful, lovely people. Nice restaurant on your doorstep. No windows in your room, but the beach is a 7-minute walk from your doorstep!! Price ratio, very good!

I had an incredible stay at Urban Haven Sanur. The hotel's strategic location right in the heart of Sanur made it so convenient to explore the area. What impressed me even more was its proximity to the ferry terminal, making my day trip to Nusa Penida a breeze.At first I didn't expect much. I stayed in the Deluxe room, and honestly it exceeded my expectations with its ambiance. The availability of different room types, from Standard to Deluxe and even a Dorm Room, caters to all kinds of travelers. The outdoor section also exceed my expectation. The BBQ area with a massive 60' screen and the public swimming pool added an exciting touch to my stay. It was a blast enjoying some downtime in such a vibrant setting.Getting to and from the airport was a breeze thanks to the easy access provided by the bypass highway. Exploring the local culture was a treat, as the nearby local market and souvenir shops added a unique touch to my stay. And when the evening rolled around, being surrounded by local bars added a vibrant and lively atmosphere to the surroundings.Overall, my stay at Urban Haven Sanur was nothing short of delightful. The convenience, variety of room options, and the vibrant local scene made it an unforgettable experience. I'm already looking forward to returning and exploring more of what this place has to offer.

Fabulous hotel, really comfortable bed, great location close to many shops and restaurants. Pool is amazing on the rooftop. Free water refills. Staff are very friendly and helpful with special mention the manager lady who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We actually came here to have lunch at Sauce Tree and when we saw the rooms we decided to stay one night. There's a lovely pool on the rooftop and the entire property is clean and nicely decorated with plants and art. The owners are friendly and very helpful.
