My husband and I stayed at the Sumi Hotel on April 25, and when we arrived the receptionist said there was only 1 room left on the 1st floor, room number 115, deluxe double type. When I came in after only 5 minutes I immediately came out again because it turned out there were so many fleas on the bed and around the room that my husband and I were all red due to the bed bugs. When I complained about asking for another room, it turned out there were still lots of empty rooms and finally I moved. to the 2nd floor in room 203 downgrade. I hope that in the future we will pay more attention to cleanliness and if possible don't force us to sell rooms that are rarely used and not cleaned because it is very detrimental to customers, my body is still red to this day due to fleas in room 115 .

On the 8th I was in Sumi, the business type had problems with the AC being hot and reported it to RCP, I checked with security, it was still hot so I couldn't sleep, finally after sahur we went to sleep, and at 12 o'clock the officer knocked on the door asking about CO or EXT, we said CO, Wait, I asked for time to clean up, then at 12.20 he knocked again and we were ready, finally I went downstairs first because I didn't feel comfortable, as long as I was staying at the hotel it never happened, so I complained to the RCP guy who was in charge on the 9th morning shift. I asked why, twice the officer came knocking on the door, sarcastically he answered what time it was, then I said that he really couldn't. Asked for some time. He arrogantly said he couldn't, then I asked if there are any rules in this hotel for guests, you have to pay attention too. for guests, if there is a complaint that the room air conditioner is hot but there is no action, he looks arrogantly at his face and wants to hit me, he feels like he works in a hospital, he should know the etiquette with guests, not even challenge him, for the guys who are in charge of the morning shift on April 9 2023, learn etiquette again, okay?
