The hotel is not bad, but the room smells a bit, just add freshener, and the hotel is very quiet at night

The initial problem was that checking in was 1 hour late because it was previously fully booked. The Duluxe king size bedroom CKP is spacious, the facilities in the CKP room are complete, the bed is clean, the bathroom has hot water. There are no TV broadcasts, you can only watch YouTube. Strategic location next to Merak Harbor, places to eat close to restaurants and Nasi Padang. There are Indomaret and Alfa Express in the Sosoro mall. Some rooms next to the Garbarata will be slightly disturbed by ship whistles

The hotel is in a mall close to the port, you can also take a short time to rest. The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable, the TV can support YouTube, etc., the bathroom is big and the hot water is on, everything functions well. The hotel staff are also friendly. There are items left behind and they are still being kept by the Sosoro hotel. Very best.

The rooms are good because they are new, the receptionist isn't available after 9pm, don't expect there to be a restaurant here, let alone room service, if you're hungry at night, there's only Indomaret and even then if the food you're looking for is still in stock. BTW, what's the function of the water dispenser if the gallon of water runs out?

The location is strategic because it is integrated with the executive pier and also the mall. The rooms are aesthetic, comfortable and unique because there are rooms for families. It turns out there are meeting room facilities and there is also an outdoor area that can hold various events. Suitable for various needs for families or corporations. There is no need to look for accommodation in the city center after the crossing or before the crossing because the Sosoro Hotel is inside the executive pier

Hotel with a strategic location on the harbor with views of the sea and ships. The rooms are aesthetic and clean, the AC is cold, there's no wifi either, the TV is a smart TV so you can Netflix using your own account, it's really nice to stay at the Sosoro Hotel ☺

The location is quite strategic, but unfortunately the TV in my room can't be used for local channels and the WiFi doesn't connect to the TV, I asked the phone and said he wanted to come but it only ended up with php, it seems like there's a lack of manpower, it's hard to contact and there's no telephone in the room and there is no hairdryer.

The location is very strategic, the room is complete, if I think the mineral water provided is quite small, you can get 1 small bottle of mineral water. The size of the room is spacious and there are additional chairs. What is a bit complicated when it comes to watching TV, if you need to provide instructions for using the TV, because the TV is not cable TV. The flush water for the toilet smells a bit for some reason, is it because of the brackish water or something. The AC is perfect, maximum cold for the hot days out there. There was a problem with checking in because the front desk cross checked my order again, so I felt like an illegal guest... I didn't pay for the hotel room. Even though it was done right at the start. Anyway, it's still a good choice to be here.

I ordered a hotel online from the app, it turned out to be the wrong date and immediately contacted the hotel to reschedule the time and it was approved. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the view at sunset is very good from outside. There is also a dispenser for refilling water. Even though the breakfast is a bit standard, for the quality of a hotel like this it is quite worth it. It is necessary to pay attention to the entry route when the queue of cars to the ship is dense. You have to be careful when looking at the road to the hotel/mall

The hotel room is comfortable, quite large, and the AC is cold. The bathroom is also big. But for some reason the room I got was dusty. If you are staying overnight for tomorrow's departure, staying here is suitable for those who want direct access to the executive port from the hotel. Hotel room service needs to be improved.
