I’ve stayed here twice. Once in 2023 which was a great experience and then in 2024 which was poor. +hot shower really good. Great water pressure. Location is prime and tucked away so it’s quiet. Very nice garden and grounds.-No breakfast or restaurant on site.You can see the age of the place but it is decently maintained.The reason I only give 2 stars is because our pillows smelled like someone’s cologne and the bed had dirt/sand on it making us think the sheets weren’t changed. Very unfortunate as it’s upper range priced clean sheets is the bare minimum. We asked for clean linens and they smelled fresh like detergent.I think they need more staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel on the island of Lombok, conveniently situated near the ferry terminal and not far from a shopping center, which was a definite plus. The accommodation consisted of charming bungalows, brand new and remarkably tranquil. The rooms were equipped with all the essentials, including air conditioning, a shower, and a fridge. The highlight of our stay was the accommodating staff who, despite us being an hour late for check-out, allowed us to take our time and depart without any rush. It's safe to say that this hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The location is not far from the city of Mataram, around the hotel there is a minimarket, mosque, gas station. The hotel is clean, the rooms are complete, and the staff are friendly.

Loved everything about this hotel!! Even nicer than in the photos and everyone were so friendly. They also provided free breakfast for us even if it was not included! Will definitely go back!
