One of the villas with a rural vibe and views of rice fields + moors. The air is cool and gives me flashbacks of my childhood. In the morning there are usually farmers who will be gardening and gossiping hahah, then in the afternoon you feel so homies and warm, especially at sunset. Coincidentally, my villa is in a corner so at sunset it's not really visible, but maybe it would be good if you tried another villa unit. The staff are very friendly and polite, especially since I came in the afternoon and the villa unit was clean + fragrant. The rooms were also really big, especially the bathroom was nice and aesthetic. I like it because the room is almost soundproof so I don't get disturbed even by my next door neighbors karaoke. I think this villa is suitable for healing or people who like peace. Maybe the minus point is, the location is a bit far from the city and is on the outskirts of Jogja but it doesn't take long if you ride a motorbike to the city, at most 10 minutes, and there are only a few that sell food but there is a kitchen so it's worth it to try! Lastly, breakfast is included and it is delicious. This area seems to be famous for its pottery and you should try to buy some coz it's very cute, very beautiful, love it.

The perfect combination of Jogja's friendliness, natural feel, traditional architecture, and a good night's sleep! 🥹As soon as we arrived at Villa Sare, we were greeted by the super friendly guards, asking about our needs and bringing a bag of luggage. We were taken to the villa unit which turned out to be at the end. The right position to find privacy.Jogja is already familiar with its natural and traditional nuances, but Villa Sare seems to offer a different ambience. It's hard to express in words, but the heart feels calm and comfortable here. Enjoy the breeze from the rice fields in front of the house while sitting reading a book in a rocking chair on the terrace, accompanied by a cup of coffee and snacks. A taste of luxury that is rarely encountered by residents of the capital.At night, the sound of 'corong-orong' and crickets shouting at each other. Accompany us to enjoy a barbeque dish that is many times more enjoyable. Until morning approaches, breakfast with a typical red basket is a really fitting start to the day.Duh, when will you be able to enjoy an atmosphere like that again? Just left, already longing to come back... 🥰

Our stay at Villa Sare was absolutely fantastic! This place is a true gem, offering everything we were looking for in a peaceful getaway. The views from the cabin are nothing short of breathtaking – waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream come true.The location is perfect if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle. It’s quiet and serene, allowing you to fully unwind and relax. Despite feeling wonderfully secluded, it’s still close enough to everything you might need, striking the perfect balance.What really made our stay special were the amazing people. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly added to the experience.In summary, Villa Sare is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to enjoy stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and the company of wonderful people. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return someday!
