Not recommendedordered 5 rooms for the family because of my wedding last December. The waiter was less than satisfactory. Room leaks. The AC is not cold. TV can't. It was worse on the day of the event, the water turned off at dawn and there were no servants there. As a result, some families do not bathe.

Very often I staycation DIREDDORZ Jabodetabek. but only this Reddorz really disappoints in terms of service. The employees told me to learn excellent service first!!!The attitude and language are not very pleasant.It feels like someone who doesn't pay. Even though I paid!It was already 7 in the morning when I wanted to check out the water was dead. Defeating becomes a hassle. This is really the strangest place, even though the place is comfortable, the service is just 0No recommendation, it doesn't match the price.Even though he is an expensive RD, his service is really bad.Every time I check I just say excuse me and thank you and never get an answer.LEARN THE ATTITUDE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES 👍
