the room really doesn't match the price of 480k, the air conditioner is very hot, only the fan is damp, the bed sheets make it itchy. when I complained, they said it was "under repair". It should be at the beginning when checking in that the FO section informs consent if the room is in bad condition so that it doesn't burden the customer. VERY VERY not worth it

Sorry, will never come here again. The AC doesn't work. Many roof ceilings along the hallway are broken, stuffy. The people's lift is broken, you can only use the goods lift.

The service was less than friendly, when we said we couldn't have breakfast in front of us it turned out there was just a lack of coordination between the dining manager and the receptionist.Only 1 towel, sandals, etc. are provided except for 2 toothbrushes, on the phone using a parallel phone they don't pick up so you have to go down to the receptionist to reportThe elevators for staff and guests are the same so there is a long queueThe bedsheets were not replaced because when they first came in there were already stainsThe 3rd day the room was not cleanedThe room door lock was difficult to openWith a price of almost 800,000 the facilities are very lacking

So sorry I have to say this. This is a hotel that I only paid for but didn't stay there even for just a day. Access is to the back from the main road. From the start of the parking lot, I was confused from taking the elevator to the lobby. Many of the roads in the corridors are closed and it is not clear where they lead. There was only 1 elevator that was functioning. The check-in process was also quite long, even strange because the name and telephone number listed were not my name and telephone number even though the booking code matched. There is a deposit of 200,000 yes. When I looked for a room through the corridor, it was very dirty, badly maintained and smelled of damp. Entering the room, the furniture was old, dirty and there were even small cockroaches in the room. Seriously, like I was in a horror movie. 🥲Finally decided to move to another hotel because it was so uncomfortable.

Don't come here please, it's really dirty, dirty, neglected. management has no intention. Even though it's only 1/2 star, this doesn't make it claim to be a 4 star. Those who come here are the ones who are fooled by the 4 star writing on Traveloka. will not stay here again

We complain strongly about this hotel which is very far from the image of star hotels in general:The complaints that have been submitted are as follows:1. The AC is not functioning normally2. The bathroom water is cloudy3. There are cockroaches in one of the rooms4. The elevator is not functioning properly so you have to wait a long time and even then someone has to pick you up from the ground floor5. There are no towels in some roomsWe are checking in 28 Feb - 01 March 2024!!!The hotel telephone number on Google CANNOT BE CONTACT!!!

The room had a smelly, musty breath, the hallway was also stuffy, I didn't recommend asking to have the AC repaired, he said it was working even though it was already really stuffy and he said it might be in the afternoon or evening even though it had been colder than last night.

The hotel is really good... it's worth it for that price but the facilities are wow... it's quite good to see the view from a height and one of the hotels has a bath up compared to other hotels

It would be a lie if you said this was a 4 star hotel, it's true that there aren't any 4 stars, be careful of being fooled, this ges is really worse than even 1 star. the facilities are really messed up when the lift uses a goods lift which is already broken, from the lobby hallway etc. it's really suspicious, when I enter the room, oh my God, I feel like I've been really cheated because I ordered at a hefty price... the room is dirty, dusty, dimly lit so it's scary, even the lights don't work, the carpet musty and gives the impression of a horror room with an old interior, the pillows are really flat, you can't sleep on them, the toilet is especially dirty, the toilet glass is broken, you can't take a shower there. In the end, I just decided to move instead of doing it because I couldn't sleep even though I was so tired😭😭😭 Please re-evaluate, this doesn't deserve 4 stars!!!!

Stay with a group there. Please, if the hotel reads this review, pay more attention to what I am going to write. The bath soap has expired since 2021, expired sachets of sugar are still provided for visitors, and rubbish from previous visitors is not thrown away so when you enter the room it feels like there are still people there because there is rubbish, there are small cockroaches in the room, please replace the hotel slippers if they have been used by previous visitors. with new ones instead of being given used sandals with black soles indicating they have been used. For other things it's still ok.

Not like a hotel... what's more a 4 star hotel... it's better to have a boarding house... to get a room this dirty... this is really bad!!! Want to take a break but can't even take a break.

Coming here again, I got an unsatisfactory room with a bit of a musty smell and the ceiling had leaks which disturbed the aesthetics. The bathroom is not clean. Pillows are not comfortable. Shower cap is not available. The water heater is very unfit. The glasses too... the coffee/tea was not placed neatly. I'm a bit disappointed.
