It's time for a review from someone who has actually been there for 1 year. Let's leave the average stars first because I think it's both good and bad.strength1. Room: Good, new air conditioner, light gray wall color and floor tiles, spacious bathroom which doesn't look ancient, ok tone, teenagers will like it, a bit high floor, the air is quite good. At night you can turn on the fan and sleep comfortably. The bed is not very soft. But it's not as hard as other dormitories. The atmosphere is calm. Because the ceiling of the room is not very low So I don't feel uncomfortable.2. Safety: Good. Inside the building there are several fire escape stairs. There is a smoke detector inside the room. (But whether or not they work is another matter.) There is security 24 hours a day.3. Ample, convenient parking.4. Location: Personally, I don't have any problems. Because it is a route that has buses passing through to the office. Just up from the front of the alley. So I chose this dorm. I don't want to connect many cars. The dormitory is still quite far from the MRT. Walking will be tiring. It's better to take a taxi or bus. There is a win in front of the alley.5. Don't worry about food. Because there are 2 7-Eleven in front of the alley.A point that I'm not very pleased with.1. Reverberation corridor And I think that there are probably quite a lot of people there who are students as well. They like to talk loudly while walking, close doors hard, make loud noises at one and two.2. The washing machine is broken. but not labeled On our side, we thought we just unplugged it so we plugged it in, but it's not our fault. The aunt in charge of the dormitory greeted me and asked if I wanted to spin it in a new machine. But we took it out to dry and we were exhausted and panting.3. The part I'm most unhappy with is that when we moved in, we got a promotion including internet, which will have 2 passes sent to us to use per month, valid for 1 month, which if realistic, may have to start from the date of delivery. or opening date (Other dormitories that have been stayed will be counted from the opening date)But there is one month I just opened the second one a few days ago and it hasn't even been a month since it will expire. The system said that the card had expired. When I took it down to inquire, I got the answer that the card was all counted according to the date that he started to upgrade the code. Well... this shows that this card has been old for a long time. But before giving it to customers, it took up time there. It turns out that we cannot fully use our rights. After talking The dormitory said they would contact and get a new one. I still haven't gotten past it. When I went down to ask again, I was told I was asking for it. Until a month passed, I thought that the pass would be compensated with the new month's bill. In conclusion, there was none and I was tired of asking. and felt very dissatisfied That's why it's only given 3 stars.Personally, I feel that everything else is very good. But to lose feelings in terms of the rights that we should have, it's not okay.4. Update 8 Dec. 2023 The dormitory's LINE channel, when contacting to report anything, the admin/owner doesn't really care. In our case, the room next door talked loudly all night non-stop until 4 a.m. many times, so I thought It's better to notify the dormitory. When LINE reported it, no one read it until we had to go and tell the elder who was watching the dormitory downstairs to inform us. After that day, there was still no one reading it on Line. So it's been a week. Until the day the dormitory fee must be paid and must send the slip into LINE After sending the slip for about 5 days, I received a reply with a receipt and a thank you. Without giving any answer to the matter next door that was reported. From the perspective of the residents, they feel that they are neglected, not paying attention, only answering when paying them money.
