The room is very clean. I'm still going to stay in another province but staying in Sai Mai. It's not far and also close to the airport. The place is quiet, very suitable for relaxing.

The smell of the sewer pipe from the bathroom destroys all good things. Please help the owner if you see the reviews and help improve it.The sound of the next room talking is disturbing to other rooms as well. Thank you.

Stayed for 4 nights, stayed in a room for 3 people. The room looked good but the service staff was not good. There is no place to park. Stay for 4 nights. Check in at 1 a.m., check out day. Not yet finished packing at 12.00. Turn off the lights. Drinking water and tissues must be requested, not provided every day.

Don't reserve online. Book directly with the hotel through one channel. If booking online it is very difficult to fill up the money. The price is too cheap.

Book a hotel and pay through Agoda upon arrival at your accommodation. Received the answer that Not accepting customers who book through Agoda. or online at all This is because they cannot sell rooms at the price that OYO uses for promotions. The only answer and help available is….give me your Agoda phone number. So that we can contact and request a refund ourselves only. ...The hotel puts the burden on the guests even though The hotel should have a solution to solve the problem to accommodate mistakes in marketing management of the hotel that contracts with various online companies. While we have already lost money Having to waste time contacting a call center that is difficult to answer in order to request a refund Not enough...still having to drive around looking for a new hotel in the middle of the night. After driving from other provinces for more than 10 hours, expecting to rest..😤😤

Scammers!!! I don't think the staff here care about negative reviews. Attention!!! Do not check into this hotel if you want to save your nerves and time. Service and customer service is terrible. We were literally kicked out of the hotel by this man. Too bad I can't upload a video of this man yelling at us. Very rude, uneducated. We arrived late at night, the girl at the reception at first did not want to check us in due to her internal changes (we registered through another site) The girl from the reception said that you can leave the room the next day at 00.00 (night) We asked her several times, having received an answer that yes you can leave the next day at 00.00. In the morning we left on business, returned in the evening to collect things. This man in the photo came and started yelling at us, performing and demanding additional payments. I highly don’t recommend this place!!!!!

Overall clean, peaceful, quiet, very large tub, promotion 990, good value.You can order food. The price is not very expensive. Drive out and find a restaurant. Convenience store not far awayOne star deducted is if you stay the night, Tai will give you the key.
