The receptionist was not friendly in serving customers

Hotel rooms are clean. However, for the spray, and the blanket looks like it hasn't been in the laundry before (it has a bad smell, especially the blanket smells really bad). The pillow was flat, the only toilet facilities were soap. The towels don't have any fragrance (musty). With the rental price being quite expensive, it's not worth it. Please improve the details of the facilities so that visitors who come from far away are not disappointed.Just happened to arrive in the afternoon. Coincidentally the owner left. Automatically, because the owner held the room key, we waited almost 1 hour. The apartment guard didn't provide a solution, telling my husband to contact him via the application because they didn't have the owner's number. Called many times but didn't pick up.After 1 hour the keys were delivered by the owner's staff, we were only given a half hour rental extension from the owner. I was really disappointed because my body was tired and I wanted to rest immediately, instead there was drama waiting for the room key firstš„²

This is an apartment, so it's different from a hotel.There is no access to the lift, so anyone can go up.The room number is the same, only coded A and B, last night there was someone knocking. what the heck?The view is good, but to be honest the building is not well maintained.Fortunately, it is close to entertainment centers, shopping and restaurants, so there are advantages too. Prices start from 400K

Staying here is comfortable. If you want to go to the mall, you just have to walk but paying for parking is expensive, according to the mall rates, it should include parking, please help me manage the parking problem.

Recommendation for those looking for accommodation, this is an apartment concept, I happened to get one with a water park view, inside there is an electric stove, gallon mineral water, toiletries, mini refrigerator, water heater...it's not bad to stay here. Only for the indihome television, it was disturbed when I stayed overnight.The location inside BSB is close to the Astara tower. There's just no room service here, the receptionist is downstairs.
