The service is not clear, the exhaust fan is dead, the toilet doesn't have a seat. The room smells like there is no air circulation because the bathroom exhaust is dead, the hot and cold water dispenser is dead, the warm water facility for bathing is dead. Not maintained, basically it's not like it was 5 years ago

Ordered via Oyo, when I arrived at the location I was told to add 3 times the cost of what I had paid via the Oyo application. The total is more than half a million. It's really not worth it compared to the facilities you get. It's better to immediately book a clear star hotel.

A place for you to rest overnight. Cleanliness is ok. AC facilities are ok, towels are ok, bath soap is ok. U other facilities are lacking, according to price and facilities. The TV doesn't broadcast, the water spray needs to be checked frequently and repaired so customers are happy.

Very disappointed . I had items that were left behind during checkout. I was suddenly admitted to the hospital the next day when my brother picked up the items, but many of my items were missing, including my clothes, perfume and hair straightener 😭
