The room was stuffy and smelled of cigarette smoke, the towels were stiff like a dry chamois, the electricity in the room was often messy

The receptionist who was wearing the hijab that afternoon could be reprimanded, and it would make people not want to stay there any more. not very friendly, very loud, very angry, the work is not professional. You have to ask for anything in the room first, towels, blankets. I have to wait again. the electricity also went out. I wanted to go on holiday but instead I felt bored.

The hotel is said to be reasonable according to the price, but really beyond expectations.First you entered the room which felt stuffy, the bathroom was dirty, the rubbish was not thrown away, there were centipedes in the bathroom, there was no soap, only one toothbrush. The towels were like mats, the shower couldn't function. Breakfast is just basic, rice and vegetable soup.

Very disappointing hotel, instead of wanting to rest, it turns out I couldn't sleep. WhereasI am very tired after the long journey from South Kalimantan. During the stay, the AC was not cold at all, it had been checked, the result was that it was given a small kiosk, there was no solution at all... the service was zero... I was very disappointed to stay at this hotel...

The night receptionist was ok, but the female receptionist this morning when I checked out again couldn't seem to speak, really didn't speak at all, it felt like I was talking to a statue, no one said thank you either

A decent hotel for the low budget class. The rooms are quite clean, strategic location. Free breakfast, only 1 toothbrush, even though we were staying together with an office colleague. The WiFi signal is destroyed, even though we need to work to send data to the office. My advice, if you stay overnight and need a WiFi signal, it's better not to stay at this hotel.

Not bad for a hotel of around 300 per night, the breakfast is also delicious, near Lotte wholesale, the air conditioner in room 315 is really noisy, plus the tap is also leaking, please pay more attention to the facilities in the room, then the desk drawer often opens by itself
