Spacious deluxe room, clean and tidy room. Clean bed sheet also. Parking lot also spacious. They have a night club. Breakfast are okay, they have egg stand for ommelete or fried egg. But if you have room on second building, its a little bit disturbed by the noise from night club. But overall its recommended to stay.

Overnight guests should be prioritized first, then new guests. You can't extend your room, maybe because the room is full, at least the hotel is leaving another room for other guests, so at any time guests who are already staying want to extend their stay. It's disappointing for us people from far away to have to move again because we can't extend the hotel,

A pretty good hotel in the city of Bontang, strategic location in my opinion...The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are also quite large. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to the center of the crowd, but there are several shortcomings that are quite disappointing and make me think twice about staying at this hotel again.1. There is no written information regarding the obligation of an extra bed for children aged 5 years, the charge is almost 50% of the hotel fee, even though in general children aged 5 years cannot sleep alone in an extra bed.2. The room appointed by the hotel staff is close to a nightlife venue (THM) which is ethically inappropriate for children to pass through and see.3. There is no information from the hotel staff and the willingness of hotel guests, that the only hotel rooms available are smoking rooms.4. Duplicate keys are not permitted.5. Lots of mosquitoes and the bathroom faucet was broken and the bathroom ceramics were broken with sharp edges.6. Breakfast does not match the hours listed between 06.00 - 10.00 but when visited at 09.00 the food had run out and there was no information whether it would be refilled or whether the restaurant was closed7. In the future, whether at the hotel or ordering on an online application, please provide clear information or confirm to potential guests either by telephone or online ordering if there are additional costs beyond the stated price.

Clean rooms are ok good. Friendly serviceI just wasn't lucky enough to get a room where the AC was installed overhanging the wall. JD took a long time to cool down.

Probably the best hotel to stay at in Bontang. I always stay here when I visit family.Theres a laundry next door and shopping centre about 5mins drive. Night club & bar out the back.The mattresses aren't soft and no fridges in the room are something to default on considering paying about $45AU a night.Breakfast is average and could do with improving. Free wifi available.
