I have tried almost all the accommodations in Samarinda, Balikpapan, Tenggarong, from GH, Melati Hotel, to even 5 star hotels, this time I was charged just because of stains, even though the stains can disappear when washed, (not the stains that difficult to remove), even though the stain was also in the corner of the blanket, which I knew already from before, because I thought it was just an ordinary stain, because the price of this gh is also cheap, I was told there were also stains like that, so I didn't complain when I entered the room, but It turns out that this was used as an excuse to charge me at checkout, I told the receptionist, he still chuckled that it was a mistake on my part, because I was already tight with working hours so I preferred to just accept the charge, I stayed here too. because it was tight, because other accommodations were already full, and because there was urgent work, it turned out to be very disappointing, I wouldn't come back here again, the place was also very far from the city center, only at 8 o'clock I was knocked to be reminded to check out, which was very annoying at the time I'm taking a break, this is the first time I've felt that at GH, in other hotels it's never been like that, it sucks, I'm really tired of staying here...
