Stayed here 2 nights. Very comfortable. The atmosphere is calm, the rooms are clean and smell good. It's not just the rooms that are clean, but floors 1 & 2 are clean too. Very close to Bekapai park.Downstairs there is a place to eat, I have tried the fried rice, it's delicious but too salty for me. But never mind, still champion.Moreover, the one with the place is very friendly.🙆

For good serviceIt's a shame that the accommodation doesn't have free parking, so if you bring a private vehicle and go out often, you'll have to pay for parking.The bathroom soap I put in has been expaid, please ask the hospitality to check the quality of the bathroom soap before people stay (thank goodness I brought spare soap)the room is clean and still good, it's worth staying here with a room price of 200 thousand for 2 peopleMy advice is to repair the bathroom drain immediately because it is starting to get cloggedFree tea and coffee are available to make yourself herethe tv is on wellHot/cold bathroom water works wellclose to Balikpapan tourist attractionsbeach, mall, Bekapai park.The room price is now suitable for me

I like it here, it's not complicated to go anywhere nearby. It's easy to find delicious food too. The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, the TV can be tuned to YouTube.

Great near the park, very friendly prices,Car parking is sufficient for a maximum of 4 cars, the rest is roadside parking,For a good room, just a few suggestions to improve the water quality... overall nice... 👌🏼

Rooms, clean, cold AC, hot & cold water. Minus the service, it can still be improved. Also the condition of the ground floor needs to be tidied up & cleaned again
