the room may not so spacious but overall the room is clean, comfortable, and proper. i have a good sleep while stayed here and the access to downtown also easy from the hotel, and theres rental motorcycle (IDR 150k) as per i write this review so you may wanna to contact the reception to know the availability.

The room is cold, the bathroom is quite clean, the TV broadcast is clear, the room access is using a card, the wifi is fast, check in is easy with no deposit. Only the sheets, pillowcases and bedcovers seem to have never been changed/washed. The bedsheets were wrinkled with creases, the pillow had girl's hair/life hair, the bedsheet had holes from cigarettes, and the bedcover under the bedsheet had lots of yellow spots from wasted life fluid.... Finally I took it all off haha. Please, if you're stuck, don't come here, poor hotel. For the manager, please, if you are not a Muslim, don't be allowed to stay, there are lots of life spots on the bed sheet cover. Please just have a cold room and a clear TV. The bed sheet was replaced with the pillow case, but when there was hair elastic on the bed sheet and there was hair on the pillow, they finally asked for it to be replaced. Don't be lazy about your work. Under the mattress was dirty and there were traces of silk condoms

Ohana is a nice and clean place, the receptionist is friendly but it's a bit slow if you want to check in here because you have to confirm to a friend if there is an empty room so it seems like there's a lack of communication

The service here is very disappointing, the staff are not friendly, I spent 5 days here because of work, asked for a change of towel because it was dirty, but it wasn't given, so I was confused after showering, what cloth to use, my husband's clothes were used, so the employee didn't smile as a replacement for the towel. Please teach your employees to smile 😇

The rooms are clean because the building is still new, in terms of price it is very affordable, the facilities in the room are water heater, 1 towel, air conditioning, TV etc., quite comfortable to rest in this place, really recommend it 👍👍

(+) Clean rooms, cold AC, TV available even though it only broadcasts 2 channels, water heater(-) no towels (don't know if they weren't provided or I forgot to provide them), only 1 bottle of drinking water, asked for extra (refill) it wasn't given, soap in the bathroom ran out (even though at this price it's considered reasonable to get the necessary equipment enough for 2 adults)We checked in at 11 pm, we were really tired, so lazy to complain, pay more attention to the completeness of the room,
