The information says there is a parking lot, in reality there isn't one at all, you have to park quite far away in the parking lot, approximately 600m,At the time of check in, no more than 2 people are allowed, even if you only bring children, 2 kmr is required. After entering the room, I was very disappointed, the room smelled very smelly, damp, hot, there was no air conditioning, the body was itchy, it seemed like it had never been replaced, it wasn't properly dried and dried, I really don't recommend this hotel,Throughout my long stay in Bali, I was most disappointed with this accommodation!!!!!!!!

Such a wonderful and warm-hearted place. I arrived spontaneously in the evening and, despite booking at short notice, was given a very friendly welcome and escorted straight to the last available room. Unfortunately, I developed an infection overnight and felt very poorly physically. The family at the homestay took excellent care of me, repeatedly asked about my health, offered me tea and breakfast, and other help, and all of that in an incredibly warm manner.I also felt comfortable in the room. I liked the separation of the shower and toilet by a step, the fan worked perfectly and there was also another table fan. The room was clean and there were no ant trails (like I've experienced many times before). The small terrace was also cozy. The only drawback is that it is very noisy and a family next to me talked loudly all day and a rooster crowed from 4:30 in the morning. But these are circumstances over which you have little influence in Bali. In this respect, I would book this homestay again and again. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very kind owner, excellent location. Great price. Has good shower. There’s a small verandah for each room for outdoor seating. That being said, place is a little run down with a lot of moisture inside the room. The bathroom mirror n sink were not very clean. Room lock wasn’t working well. It’s a no frills place. Would recommend for the budget n location!

Madi's friendliness won my heart. And the pancakes too :).The room is airy. The bed is good. The balcony provides some support when you want to rest other than in bed.The bathroom needs an update in terms of the sink. It can be challenging because hygiene is questionable. Even at the level of the sheets. The room has a fan that makes noise. So for those who have difficulty falling asleep it could be a problem. Otherwise, for the price you pay it is an option worth considering, so much so that I extended my stay for another day. The location is super central.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of the city center. There is hardly a shorter route to countless restaurants, spas and sights such as the Ubud Palace or the artists' market. The landlady is totally warm-hearted. The breakfast was prepared with fresh ingredients from the market and was included in the price. The bathroom smelled a lot like chlorine or something. That was quite unpleasant. There were ants crawling everywhere on the toilet. And the smell from the bathroom also came into the bedroom. Here we helped ourselves with an air freshener. That worked somewhat. We were able to park the scooter outside on the street.
