The experience of staying here did not disappoint. Responsive receptionist. Clean rooms and friendly service. Prices are very affordable and reasonable. You have to request to the receptionist if the room needs to be cleaned. The hotel location is very strategic, going everywhere is very easy and close, malls, beaches, and lots of food sellers around it. The toiletries are also complete. The downside is that the bathroom door can't be closed because the rubber is loose, other than that it's fine. The water heater also functions well. Might be an option for a place to stay again if you go to Balikpapan.

choose a non-smoking room but the bathroom is completely smoking. the room is spacious, only yesterday I got the one next to the elevator so the door likes to shake when the elevator goes up and down. and for parking, I wrote down the number number when checking in but still had to pay a parking fee, which made me angry when I parked

Try ordering via tiket.comIt turned out that when I checked in I got a room with twin beds, the room was bigger, there was a special parking area for guests, close to the mall boss and BC, it wasn't difficult to find something to eat, basically recommended for those who like to travelIt's just that I took the wrong type of room, it should have been a non-smoking room, but I took the wrong one and took the smoking one

The hotel is very bad. The rooms are nice but the mattress and pillows are not good for sleeping. The AC is hot. The spray has a lot of stains in the living room outside. It's very hot. There's no fan. It's really bad. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel and it's not comfortable to sleep. It's better to sleep at home, but the bathroom doesn't have a lock. The wife is also very bad

Very bad service from the employees at this hotel. It's really strange because the hotel system has an error. Guests are told to wait in the lobby for an undetermined amount of time. There is no solution, for example temporary guests are directed to their rooms while waiting for the system to improve. When asked, the receptionist answered less politely. Not in the existing guest data, checked the etiquette for example, immediately rejected outright and told to just wait. Some people left again, some fell asleep in the lobby.

This is an honest, strategic place in the middle of the city, close to everywhere, apart from being strategic, the price is very cheap, this is a 2 star hotel.I got a price of 350 thousand for a superior room, what I saw and felt when I entered was that the towels were not ready in the room so I had to ask and wait quite a long time, but the housekeeping was quite friendly but in the hotel lobby I met the receptionist with a dirty face, I didn't get any warm water. The one that was broken so I took a cold shower and it rained all day, so just accept it, there's no water heater eitherThe motorbike parking behind the hotel has no shade so be prepared if it rains, the bathroom is very narrow for a shower and the glass often gets smashed" there is no lock for the bathroom eitherOverall 6.5/10

The best value is the strategic location in the city. But the service and cleanliness of the rooms are really bad. Towels were not replaced, there was no toilet tissue, the room was not cleaned

Actually I had pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious. Location was easy to find. The service was great.However, the room quite damp because there's no window. The towel wasn't provided every day due to lack of stock and not well-perfumed. The bed sheets were old and some of room amenities were not provided until I asked.My suggestions are:1. Provide 'serap air' in the room to prevent damp2. Add the towel stocks and laundry it properly (clean and well-perfumed)3. Renew the bed sheets4. Provide the basic amenities properly (toilet paper, doormats etc.)
