Staying here is very pleasant, strategic location in the middle of the city, close to KFC Drive Thru and Mac D, the rooms are comfortable with Netflix, YouTube etc... The bathroom is clean and smells good... recommended for long term stays, the staff are friendly and the security guard always smiles to welcome visitors.

The place is comfortable, clean and neat, there is an elevator which makes it easier for me who is lazy to climb stairs, next to the hotel there is a small cheap shop which is very strategic because my child took a test yesterday for college, highly recommended🤍🤍

The room smells neat and is still new, the hot water is on 24 hours for bathing...The only negative side is that it is difficult to find the location of the Uno guest house on maps and that's the maximum. There are no minusesThe view overlooking the city is good

Bismillah. Alhamdulillah, Allah 'azza wa jalla has given me sustenance and the opportunity to stay for 1 night here. At that time we checked in late at around 23:00, Qadarullah the parking lot for cars was full (due to the effects of the red date of August 17 2024, and there was a group of "footprints of the bald ones"). So our car was temporarily parked by security opposite the hotel and returned to the hotel parking lot after the group left.First impression of staying here, the service is quite good. After entering the hotel room, we were presented with the aroma of the hotel's fragrant perfume (a Reddorz trademark). Enough room for our small family. We got a room in room 102.The downside is that the room doesn't have any windows at all. The floor is a little dusty. The bedside table is only one side.The bathroom is quite clean but tissue is not provided. There is no hot water.Before checking out, Qadarullah left my sandals in front of the room, but the hotel did not contact us if we left things behind (even though in the initial service when checking in, we had written down our cell phone number in case anything happened here)Thank God. We still enjoy staying here.May Allah make it easier and improve the service and quality of Uno Hotel in the future. Amen!
