The good: The location is great, you're right next to the Monkey Forest and in the city.What we didn't like: The hotel is directly behind a restaurant, so there is an extremely smelly smell of fried food in the courtyard and various animals are around. We had a room facing the street, which was unbearably loud and made it almost impossible to sleep. In addition, the cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired. The sheets are stained and there was no covered duvet for some reason. The bathroom or shower is borderline. (At best, only a trickle comes out of the shower.)When we found a huge cockroach sitting next to us on the bed, we canceled and quickly left the hotel. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDATION!

Our stay, my husband and I, was wonderful, the hotel's location is perfect, close to the centre of Ubud, with many great restaurants nearby. The hotel is fairly clean, and the best thing in all is the hospitality and kindness of the staff

I recently stayed at Greyhouse Monkey Forest in Ubud, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Monkey Forest and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. My room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed, including a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a nice balcony view of the garden. Despite being in a busy area, the noise didn’t disturb my sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The pool was refreshing after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a great value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Good rooms - very spacious and roomy. We were right next to the pool but couldn’t have curtains open at all as there was no privacy with the floor to ceiling glass walls. We were out most of the day so it didn’t really worry us. The bathroom needs a major upgrade. No water pressure in the shower - just a trickle and toilet old and dated. It really let down the room.

Wow, the blanket and towels are so dirty.And there is no soundproofing at all so it is very noisy.I can hear every single sound of a passing motorcycle.

The rooms are not clean. The employees speak very little English. They also have a rude boss, he doesn't care about customer comfort. Good location. I will not choose it again due to the cleaning problem. 10/6

We loved our stay at this hotel! It was in the perfect location very central to all the restaurants bars and right next to monkey forest. The room was very spacious and clean with a large sized balcony and great pool area. The staff were really helpful when we contacted to change the dates, would definitely recommend

Really good location and very cheap for the location where the hotel is located. Very close to the monkey forest (maybe even too close 😂 one morning while having breakfast outside one attacked us and took the bread 😂). The staff very kind and friendly. The only problem was the cleanliness. Really old towels. It smelled of mold and I didn't understand as it didn't seem to be there but then I found it. It was all inside the air conditioner and also in the bathroom fans. Stained blankets. Leaving these details aside, the room was large and spacious, if they cleaned it more it would be fantastic.

Great location, budget apartment....lots of food and options around, walking distance from some Key attractions, supermarket just across the street....rooms equipped with a king bed and a single bed, tea station, sufficient for 3 adults...bathrooms are average but functional(can/should be improved) Have Balcony overlooking the busy street, lots of activity...can be noisy but didn't bother us much. Very pleasant and helpful staff, would go an extra mile to make your stay pleasant...

Right in the centre of Ubud and large rooms with great connectivity to the central market. Very conveniently located and Tika is really helpful. While the bathroom had problem due to slow water flow but it was quickly fixed.

Overall a good place to stay. Room service comes with 2 free bottles of water. Nice staff. And a really good location in Ubud. Opposite a supermarket which is handy. Hotel is also close to a lot of attractions and excursions. Lots of restaurants near by within walking distance.AC worked well and there is a nice balcony to sit on. TV also included in the room.Wi-Fi is goodFridge included and the beds are comfy.Downsides was the shower. Hot water didn’t last for too long. And the water pressure coming out of the shower wasn’t the best too. See photo.There can be a lot of noise from outside as well due to all the traffic. Can make it difficult to sleep at night. I’m a deep sleeper so it wasn’t really an issue for me but could be for some people.Overall I would recommend though, a good hotel to stay in overall.

Best budget place at very prime location with good staff, big room and basic amenities (breakfast is not available but there is common kitchen)For Indians we have a sitara indian restaurant and a super market just 200mtr away from this place.This great stay is very near to Monkey forest, surrounded by cafe and restaurants, Ubud art market is only 15min walk away from this place.

It is a great, central-located place in Ubud. Room was very spacious and bedsheets were clean. With AC, hot water, television, balcony. Very nice staff. For better price contact them directly via Whatsapp 😉 Ok, road sides room are noisy but you are in central Ubud! I recommend it to stay.

Very well situated and with parking. The staff was very nice and helpful, very available via whatsapp. They don’t have laundry service themselves but can get you in touch with the one that does the laundry for the hotel.

We stayed for two nights in a double room.✔️ The location is perfect, it is a 5-minute walk from Monkey Forest. It has many shops and restaurants very close that allow you to walk if you have not rented a motorcycle.The price is very good for what they offer.✖️ The WiFi is terrible in the room and the shower did not drain well and the entire bathroom was flooded.
