The Brata Cottage is a quality hotel, very well located in Ubud on a pretty, quiet street which offers many options for dining, laundry, etc...The rooms are large, clean and beautiful.The wifi works very well.We got an offer on Booking for the price of the room but otherwise I think it's too expensive.

If you plan to book a room for your stay in Ubud, DO NOT choose this hotel. They canceled me without prior notice the day before my arrival in Ubud without notifying me or telling me the reasons, they simply told me that it was canceled and it was already full. We had to look for other accommodation at the last minute, with few available and no solution or alternative offered. Furthermore, we are still waiting for a refund of half the amount we had paid two months before. DO NOT fuck with them!!

We’ve just had the worst experience ever with them. We booked 3 months ago and payed half of the price and one day before we get them they just cancelled without any reason… they leave us without a place to stay and they refused to refund our money. Don’t trust them please!

Being in central Ubud this is a very quiet place with a gorgeous view over the jungle and the mountains. Our room had two terraces both equipped with chairs and table. The room is big and really clean. Ubud Palace it’s a 10-minute walk from the cottage.

The price-quality ratio is the best I've seen in Ubud. Not far from the main street, excellent views from the balcony 😍 The staff is helpful. There is a separate kitchen, and there are excellent restaurants nearby with different cuisines to choose from.

I really didn’t like the attitude of the staff, I rented the house for a month, since this is a rental house, this is not a hotel, I think that all days are included in the price, 30 days, no one warned me that on the 30th day I would be evicted at lunchtime and they would say you there is no home, we will take your things out onto the street, if you pay extra then stay, if not then we will take you out onto the street! It’s very unpleasant if I knew and planned where I was going, since I have work, and I was going to go to another place later, but they confront me with a fait accompli and say we’ll take your things out! Terrible! They didn't say anything! Not nice! I don't recommend it! The whole impression was ruined in an instant!
