all hotels in balikpapan are full so only this hotel still has rooms available, very old hotel like unkempt, the air conditioner is not cold, the lift is so small, relatively very cheap prices. the atmosphere in this hotel is very quiet, so you will feel a little mystical.

In my opinion, the hotel has rooms that are not too big, the location in the city center, relatively cheap prices, close to culinary delights, it's just because the hotel is too old so it needs to be renovated, especially the bathroom facilities that have started to break down. There is no wifi facility. This hotel is suitable for just a stopover. The building is a bit old so a lot of the hotel amenities are a bit odd. The elevator is very narrow and small with a slightly problematic door. Too many rooms are located in end areas with narrow and dark hallways. Hot water in the bathroom often doesn't work. I got a room with a leaky sink, so the bathroom often flooded. Mini bar that is not maintained, refrigerator is not suitable for use. The atmosphere in this hotel is very quiet, so you will feel a little mystical.

I stayed at this hotel for three days, not in the main building but the one opposite it. It was okay. Nothing to be said about the reception, neither good nor bad, not exactly friendly though. The bathroom could use a lot of improvement. The shower head and tissue holder were rusty, so was the bathroom doorknob. The hot water was not hot, it was only lukewarm at best and you have to wait for about five mins before it even turns lukewarm (waste much?). The towels didn't smell fresh. The lighting was bad. It's really only a place to sleep or watch TV during the night, you can't read unless you want to strain your eyes with such dim lighting. At night it could get noisy, be it from the neighbourhood or the TV sounds from nearby rooms. The competitive price is its only redeeming aspect.

Old hotel, and seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is smelled funny the first time arriving in this place. The room is quite tidy and clean but all the furnitures kinda old stuffs. It also smelled like some one have been here smoking the whole pack of cigarettes. Need improvement alot.

Water shower was flowing weak and too much chlorine. Even after 5 hours showering, the chlorine still smells in my skin. Old hotel for only 200K rupiah for a night. Nothing to expect. Only for a sleep this hotel is the right choice. Located in the heart of Balikpapan & easy to access the public transportation.

I Stayed 3 nights here in their superior room. Despite the great walking distance to shopping area and down town,but the room service and the front office need to be more polite and must study how to handle guest with emphaty....but anyway not bad for just less than a week.

This hotel can be said to be in the middle of the city center. Near Balikpapan Center (BC), Balikpapan Police, Bekapai Park, and places to eat and drink in the Klandasan Beach area. The hotel itself is quite good and quiet for a place to rest.

Room rates per night can be priced at 435 thousand for one side wing twin non-smoking room (including breakfast for two people). The check in process is quite fast. Even though you have paid in full via the booking app, you still have to make a deposit of 50 thousand.Add extra bed (said this is MANDATORY if occupied by >2 people): +200 thousand (gets breakfast, towels, hotel slippers for one additional person)Buy breakfast if you add: +50 thousand per head.Is it worth it?(+) Strategic location, located in the city center. Near Balikpapan Plaza mall.(+) Even though it is not an internal parking lot, the parking area is quite large.(+) There is an elevator and it works!(+) Amenities include two shower gels, toothbrush and toothpaste. Of course there are hotel slippers too.(+) Towels are provided.(+) Typical hotel soft mattress. There are pillows, cushions, bed covers.(+) For the contents of the bathroom, there is a sink, trash can, toilet paper, toilet seat and bathtub.(+) The view outside the window is not bad, there are trees, you can see the street.(-) No doorman.(-) There are not too many seats in the lobby so it is possible that it will be full if there are lots of people.(-) The door doesn't double lock.(-) The bathroom CANNOT BE LOCKED at all, aka it's broken. You can't even close it tightly. Strangely there are no signs of repair work.(-) The TV is tiny. The choice of channels that can be played is limited. Quality is not clear. That's how it sounds, crackle crackle. Placement too on the edge.(-) Generally, near the electric kettle there is a plug. But this doesn't exist.(-) There is a refrigerator but it looks like a display because it doesn't work.(-) Bad internet connection.(-) The hallway to the room feels like it's not in a hotel.(-) There are no dispensers along the aisle for refilling drinking water.(-) Limited breakfast menu choices. For example, there is only white rice.That's enough of the review. Hopefully it's enough that I'm just unlucky and hopefully the future will be much better in all aspects, especially regarding comfort.

For workers who need twin beds, that's fine.Hot water and water spray also function quite normally.Suitable for workers, especially smokers, it's definitely suitable.Access to the main road is also not that far, only around +-50 meters.For breakfast, it's pretty good, according to the price for this area
