I suggest looking for investors and upgrading the condition of the hotel.Strategic location but the condition of the hotel bathroom is dirty, the hotel chairs are torn, the curtains are dirty, the room smells, the room lights are broken.Upgrade by looking for investors to provide competition for the emergence of new hotels in Balikpapan. If there are no changes to this hotel, it will collapse in competition with hotels that offer better service and hotel room service

The room is nice, the AC is cold, the bed is comfortable. The minus is that the service is lacking. Advice for those who want to stay overnight, just bring slippers. The problem is that there are no sandals, my feet are also dirty when I step on the floor. Then I got a damp used towel, so I went back down to the receptionist to ask for a new towel. There weren't any tissues, when I left my snack, it was immediately hit by a cockroach :'), the bathroom wasn't enough, the sink was a bit clogged. Horror too.

Oh, the hotel is scary. Last night's sleep here was disturbed by the guard in the room. The chairs made a sound of moving by themselves, like there were busy people in front even though there weren't any, in the morning there were people banging on the door but it wasn't opened. My husband saw something outside the window. It's really scary, why don't you take care of the hotel 😩 I slept on a rocking bed, it felt like there were children behind me, it was really scary.😭😭

It's surprising that hotels like this are still offered on Traveloka and Agoda. It's not worth claiming that it's a 3 star hotel, it's more like an unkempt hotel. I stayed 3 days 2 nights in mid Nov 23. Comments were the same as other users, bad. Breakfast is minimal, at night the hotel lobby is full of cigarette smoke and loud sounds of bands and women and men holding their noses while hugging. It is not recommended for those bringing children, and the hotel atmosphere is damp, dimly lit and if you want to test the taste, please try it
