I booked one of the superior rooms with my partner and the experience was a 10. Clean and quiet room, the water and air conditioning worked perfectly. Surrounded by a very welcoming family environment. If I return to Ubud I would repeat. I will miss the banana pancake breakfast.

We spent 4 days in this hotel and had a great stay!The host is super nice and welcoming, we booked Mount Batur and a taxi for the day through himThe room itself isn't amazing, but the pool is very niceThe location is good, close to the center of Ubud

The room was dirty, the doors didn't close properly and only wood shutters for wi dows so could see out without aircon becoming useless. The rooms are in the middle of family housing. One of the lights co tenuous flickered on throughout the night despite being switched off.This place is in desperate need of a deep clean. Little to no amenities in the rooms either.

The family are kind , smiling and greeting all the time , they even check me in before 2pm .However the room was really below average it's not what expected and as described on booking. Looks almost dry , no shampoo , gel douch despenser was empty , hot water was not working properly, I called them once to fix it , they they fix it , the day after same issue so was not ok . Curtains on the room was low quality and tiny so they don't cover much the light at night , so the room still looks bright when you switch odd the light , the size of room is small and looks so plain no designe or something interesting in it same as bathroom . So I didn't feel comfortable in it .however the location was good and nice garden and swimming pool around .as my experience in Ubud this place doesn't worth that price compared to other places where I have been .They never offer me fresh got water . Or refresh my room .

The room was very central, yet quiet, located in the backyard, with a nice, clean pool. AC and Wifi worked very well. The staff is very friendly, always approachable and attentive. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed a week longer

-The setting is really nice, we had a very clean room with a view of the swimming pool and the vegetation.- Be careful though, it should be noted that the accommodation is located in the middle of family housing, so there are often people there, which is not disturbing!-Breakfast is very good: main course + hot drink + fruit juice/fruit plate-Scooter rental service (80,000/day) and laundry (15,000/kg) is a plus!

Unfortunately, our room was not a comfortable place for us... the door didn't close properly and that's why ants, geckos and other small animals came into our room and bed!The bathroom was also a bit musty and very run down, you could only take a cold shower.The room didn't look like one of the pictures online.When we arrived our bed sheet was dirty, but the problem was fixed immediately even though it was late in the evening.In general, the employees were very nice, courteous and always tried to help.The pool is nice too and the location is really good - close to the center but not noisy.

We stayed 10 nights in Yuliati House and we love it. Staff was super friendly and kind. Brealfast was fresh and delicious. You can choose from the menu. I love the banana pancake. We were mostly alone in the pool, it felt like our private pool. Wifi was not strong enough, we had to use our on mobile network but that was totaly fine. We were able order food to the room, pool anytime, this is also great advantage, when you are tired to go out for a dinner. Our stay there was so peaceful and relaxing. Definetely would stay again!

Very good experience at Yuliati House. The swimming pool is very pleasant, the rooms are good without being incredible. The hotel is located in the heart of Ubud and your host will always answer all your questions with a smile!

The place is very well located, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the Monkey Forest and many ships and restaurants. The pool is delicious and very clean! Wi-Fi works perfectly and the reception was so nice and polite! Has a few steps until you reach it, but you can always count on the help of the staff.
