A massive thank you to Saloma and her family for the most amazing jungle experience. We joined the homestay for the 5D/4N Intense tour and loved every second of it!The guides were exceptional and incredibly informative and the hikes we completed were breathtaking. The food provided was quite literally some of the best we have ever had.The homestay is great and by the end of the trip we felt like we were leaving home and wanted to stay.Special thanks to Gregory for going above and beyond in making this trip a life highlight for us all, I hope we can all come back one day!If you are looking for a jungle trip in Kuching/Sarawak we honestly could not reccommend this experience enough! All the best,Jack, Mish and Pheobe.

A nice place with a very sweet host family! The food was good. People just need to be aware this is not authentic in the way of how an old tribe works, but you get to do traditional bamboo cooking which is a wonderful experience. But this is more a look into how a used-to-be-tribe village works nowadays. The location is out in the middle of nowhere, but with some nice waterfalls nearby.Be aware, that if you visit the school, they expect you to have prepared something - a game, joke or lesson, to teach the children, we were not informed, and felt suuuuper awkward🫣

These were magical moments that we spent at Saloma Lisa's. She welcomes you with her whole family and pampers you throughout your stay. They are fantastic, simple and warm people who will help you discover their environment and their way of life in a small village lost in the forest. We will walk and swim at the foot of the waterfalls in the village and we will learn to cook with bamboo by the river. It’s an enchanted interlude 😍The meals are all delicious and Saloma always takes care of you with a smile 😃

Saloma and her family were a great host. I spent 3D2N with them and it was absolutely beautiful.Picked up from Kuching, first stop was Semenggoh Park and we were lucky to see 10 Orangutans. After that Saloma picked us up and drove us to her beautiful homestay. Everything was very clean and well maintained and felt like home from the first second. Every day there is at least one activity but you can also enjoy the silence with a book and the little village for a nice walk. William, our tourguide for the village, school and night walk is also very lovely and kind. Highly recommend to go visit her in the jungle. Thanks again for everything Saloma. ❤️
