Nice hotel, very clean from the lobby to the rooms too.Bedding is clean and always changed every day,The smell of the laundry can still be smelledFun atmosphereWifi is quite stablePleasant service, staff very friendly and helpfulThe location right on the edge of the Samarinda - Bontang main road is very strategicThere are lots of food stalls around if you want to have a snack, the hotel also provides good room service...The parking lot is very spacious and it is comfortable to park our vehicleOverall very satisfied staying hereRecommended..

It was a pleasure staying at Violand GardenThe rooms and hotel are very clean, the interior is nice, recommended, not old school, the location is strategic. The rooms and hotel are not dirty or smelly, the cleaning service is on time, the employees and receptionists are all friendly...24 hour hot water on.Breakfast is really delicious.There are no downsides to this hotel, it is highly recommended and the prices are pocket friendly...Thank you VioletHopefully the quality of Febriani Indah will always be maintained

The hotel is old but is being renovated, the interior is starting to become outdated, I happened to find a room that had not been renovated. AC and cable TV are in pretty good condition. Hopefully in the future internet services can be further improved. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast menu is delivered to the room, and the menu tastes okay. Had problems checking in but got complimentary from the hotel. The parking area is quite spacious, the location is quite strategic, and there is a gas station close to the hotel location.

When you booked on WA, you were told you could check in at 13.00... I waited until 14.00 and still couldn't check in... the lobby was hot... the wifi was slow in room 269... the second day we moved rooms. Thank God the wifi was fast.. the staff service was friendly fullll...especially if you wear durable glasses, that's a shame...sorry and thank you, sis. Good breakfast.

Thank God the price is affordable, I had time to hold a meeting with the Maxie Skincare team...The room is comfortable, clean, neat and smells good, the water works well, there is hot water, the AC and TV also function well, towels are provided and there are all the toothbrushes, shampoo, soap... the service is good and the receptionist is friendly...the pko is I'm satisfied staying here, the parking is also spacious, my only suggestion is to park, if possible, have a roof so it's more stable😁🙏🏻
