the news smells musty, the water is stagnant, there is no warm water, the plug is dangerous, the bedroom walls have moss, the bedroom light doesn't turn on, the shower curtain is about to fall, and the mattress is dirty

Because I only wanted to book a room for the 2nd day of the holiday, I couldn't get a hotel room in the city center. So booked a room here for 2 days.Standard service. Only the rooms need to be upgraded. There's a lot of furniture that needs to be replaced. Hot water is not available in all rooms. I ordered 2 rooms. Our room didn't have hot water, while room 1 had hot water available at night and in the morning. The plus is that the hotel's location is close to the mall and has a large parking area. That's all.

Yesterday I didn't get a room at MN2 so I got it here, it's not bad, it's not bad. Only for New Year the prices have skyrocketed so it's not right to stay here at that price.

We stayed in a family type room, the room was quite large, the bed had 2 beds, one large and the other a single size. The facilities are quite complete, the bathroom is equipped with a hot and cold shower, there is a water heater for making hot drinks, there are large clothes hangers and shelves, a TV, a large parking area, and the location is close to the Singkawang Grand Mall. The photo I showed was of the hotel lobby, I forgot to take a photo of the room.

The appearance is ordinary, the rooms are quite spacious. But the walls are cracked, the electrical plugs are coming out of their sockets, it's dangerous. The bed was sandy, the hot shower water took a very long time, the wifi problems had not been fixed in the past, there were no hotel slippers. No coffee, only tea, no mini fridge, dusty cupboard, dirty hotel toilet curtains, no tolerance limit for checking out, check in at 15.00, check out at 12.00 and have to be out, so at least people can finish their midday prayers first. Small hotels pretend to use deposits, no refunds. Weird

At the Paragon Hotel there are 2 multi-purpose buildings which are usually used for wedding receptions etc.The load is good enough to accommodate around 200 to 300 people, the condition looks clean, neat and decorated with decorations that look beautiful.

the room and toilet are super dirtyI've never seen a hotel toilet that could be that dirty, there were traces of human waste stuck to it, cigarette butts. The toilet curtain looks like it hasn't been washed in several years, the bed sheet is full of spots and there are still traces of hair stuck to the sheet, I don't know if it was washed after the previous guest, the room floor is oily.
