Improved room cleanliness, the hotel location is quite strategic and easy to reach and the parking area is quite spacious, it would be a shame if the quality of the rooms is not clean. So please improve the quality of room cleanliness. Thank you 🙏

no longer staying at a hotel like this, a hotel in the middle of Balikpapan city but the service is far from pleasant!! 6 days staying here, the worst experience from a hotel I've ever encountered.1. The room is not clean, the bed sheets have never been changed, the towels don't absorb well.2. Parking is difficult, so if it's full, ask to park in the lot next door and pay 30 thousand3. It's not allowed to print 7 sheets, even though I want to pay.4. The bathroom is smelly, dark and dirty.5. Affordable prices with quality service like this.

I swear it's not really worth it. First, the automatic lock doesn't work. Second, there's only one charger terminal. Third, the bathroom has lots of cockroaches. Fourth, the floor is really dirty. Fifth, the AC isn't cold. Sixth. There's still hair in the bathroom drain. The 7th former previous occupant didn't have a water heater even though the hotel price was 850 thousand, the 8th had less facilities than a guest house which cost around 200 thousand.THE POINT IS FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WANT TO GO TO THIS HOTEL, IT'S BETTER TO THINK ABOUT IT AGAIN.

There is still hair in the room drain from previous occupants 7 There is no water heater even though the hotel price is 850k. 8. THE FACILITIES ARE LOST LIKE A GUEST HOUSE WHICH PRICE 200K + Don't want to stay in room 325 with a guest house, let alone another hotel🫢

Not going to repeat staying here. Cleanliness is very poor, in every corner of the room there are cobwebs. The bathroom was dirty, as if it had never been cleaned or was cleaned carelessly. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. The floor is also dirty. Friendly staff, decent food.

Stayed in a premium business room, on the 1st floor because the lift was not working.The staff and employees are friendly and kind. The room furniture is old, but everything still functions well. The shower has strong water. Bathroom cleanliness is lacking, needs to be improved and needs maintenance or rejuvenation. The breakfast is delicious. Very strategic location.

Bad hotel... The room was never cleaned, the floor was dusty, the bathroom was dirty, there was still hair on the floor and sink, the bed had a strange smell, I stayed several times without cleaning it and not refilling drinking water. He said it had been cleaned, in fact when he got to the room it looked like it had never been touched at all. Severe severe severe.NOT RECOMMENDED
