This place is similar to a hotel. Comfortable and clean. You must be careful with the rules conveyed by the officers.Parking is large enough for cars. There is a clean pantry and free sugary drinks and hot water.The service is extraordinary. Thank you yeah

Sorry, I just want to correct the rules set by management, they are too irrelevant for an accommodation that prioritizes hospitality to its guests. A little bit of playing around with fines. In fact, if it's not too extreme dirt that gets onto the property, there doesn't have to be a fine because you've already paid for the room.Hopefully it could be a consideration to be a little more flexible

The rooms are clean, the service is great, this is the second time I've stayed here. Coincidentally, I was waiting for my brother to be treated at Siloam Hospital and the place wasn't that far, I was provided with a chair complete with coffee and tea to relax while smoking.

really good, the first strategic place here is really clean, you have to maintain it, sis. BTW there is a lack of bathroom equipment such as a toothbrush. I hope there will be one in the future, btw there is a window too so if it's really bright in the morning it's a bit lacking in my opinion because the window isn't dark, but it's not good.

Comfortable clean, cleaning staff are quite open to help. There is no lift provided but the staff are willing to help lift goods. Sometimes there are so many mosquitoes that the room smells like mosquito repellent after cleaning. In some rooms the AC does not function optimally. Quick check in service. Provides several types of soft drinks.

Great, the accommodation is clean and tidy. The cool thing is that smoking is prohibited, not even in the corridor. It's really cool. The location is near Telkom Balikpapan. But unfortunately the access road is small because it enters an alley. So it's a bit complicated if you want to pick up and drop off by car.

At 7 in the morning I always get a WA notification about whether or not the room will be extended.At 9 am the phone rang to confirm whether it was extended or not.It's enough to disturb people who are still resting.

Clean, big, and comfortable room, friendly staffs, no toiletries so better prepare or buy, pantry available. Plenty of fast food restaurants nearby: richeese, KFC, pizza hut, burger king, BBQ resto, etc. Strategic location, near Living Plaza & Airport.
