Booked 8 rooms, indeed for groups. The check-in process was VERY LONG, after 3 o'clock all the rooms were ready even though we were already waiting, the receptionist was very unfriendly and even tended to be indifferent to guests.The AC is VERY HOT, toiletries are not provided, there is not even toilet paper and there is only a small amount of tissue in the room (not even 20 sheets).At 11 am the room key couldn't be used, because they said you should have checked out before 11 o'clock, so you had to call the staff to enter the room.Thinking a thousand times about staying here again, just because of the strategic location but the quality is ZERO.

The room is hot. Heavy rain, very loud sound of water. Because it's next to roti tiam and hotways, sometimes the smell of the cooking can be smelled all the way into the room.I stayed here for almost 7 days, but it broke up.First got the 3rd floor, stayed 2 days, the room was very okay.Then on the 2nd floor, stayed for 4 days, the room was so hot that I moved rooms and it was still hot.The air conditioner is small, Mitsubishi brand, it really doesn't feel like it.

(+) : strategic location, clean rooms (but slippery bathroom floor),(-): the receptionist is not friendly, no thanks when serving guests, the room has no window, there is no elevator (if you bring a suitcase you can lift it yourself up to the 3rd floor), amenities (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo are not provided)

The room is recommended to be clean, like new, the mattress is comfortable.The hotel staff are all friendly and make you feel at home staying here.The room is also quiet, not noisy, the hot water is also running and delicious.Apart from that, it's delicious. Spacious rooms, nice smoking area, strategic location close to places to eat, cafes, Indomaret and ATM centers.Only the parking area for wheels doesn't have a roof so it's exposed to heat and rain. And the water for bathing sometimes gets stuck.

I stayed at this guest house for 1 night.The check-in and check-out process was quite fast, I arrived at 13:30 and was able to check in.For affordable prices.The conditions in the room are quite spacious, clean, the AC is quite cold, you can get 2 pillows and 2 bolsters. There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste available, but soap, shampoo and clean towels are available. There is hot water, TV facilities that can play YouTube.I requested on the 1st floor and the Guest House was able to fulfill this request well, during the day there was renovation work next to the Guest House but it wasn't too disturbing.Outside the reception area there are several chairs and tables for enjoying food purchased from outside.Very strategic location, close to Pharmacy, Siloam Hospital, Minimarket, Roti Tiam, Sokyo, Holland Bakery, ATM and many diverse culinary places just walking distance. So it's not difficult to find food.The downside is that there is no bathroom door handle so the bathroom door cannot be closed tightly. Apart from that, parking space is also limited.Moreover, this Guest House can be an alternative choice if you want to stay in the city center.
