We had an amazing stay at Rak Elegant Hotel in Phuket. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable, especially the team at reception, the pool, and the bar. It was an elite level accommodation experience in Phuket. The hotel was very clean. It was beautifully designed. The rooftop pool was very nice. The hotel is 20 minutes away from Patong beach by foot, the road is safe for walking. There is a 7-eleven 3 minutes away. The Thai massage was also enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Six nights at the hotel and we really liked it!The hotel's pool is on the roof with a very good atmosphere, there is music and a bar that you can enter from the water, after a long day watching the sunset from there was amazing.In addition, the hotel offers a nice breakfast+-, it is likely that they will say that it is relatively sparse, but for me a personally prepared omelet (with a good taste), pancakes, French toast, salads, bread and a coffee machine made me a good morning! Before a long day of sightseeing in Phuket, it is very worthwhile to have breakfast in my personal opinion.My main issues with the hotel were two things-1. There were problems with the toilets and in general with the flow of water in the room, and they sent 7 workers to fix it but did not agree to change the room after we already begged, they claimed that the hotel was full but we did not see many people at all.2. The location…. In the middle of a relatively busy street, uphill. Far from the sea or the center and have to walk ten minutes/fifteen minutes in the crazy heat of Thailand. Many times we walked and took a taxi because it's simply not possible. Please note that this is another expense that must be looked at

Excellent, clean, very comfortable rooms and beds. The pool at the top of the hotel has a wonderful view, especially before sunset. I recommend it for families as well.

The hotel room is very spacious and has a luxurious setting.The staff is so friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Sara, she was the best.It’s close to 7/11 and to many restaurants. They also provide a free shuttle to Patong beach. It’s in a vibrant area but not to the extent that it would ruin your sleep.We planned to stay there half of our trip but we ended up extending our stay because we were so happy with what we’ve seen.The breakfast was average but their coffee was really nice, I actually look forward to the breakfast time to have it.The only downsides were that we could smell weed coming from the neighboring room which was unpleasant.They also take 3000 bhats as insurance before you check in and they give it to you at the end of your stay.

Room was very comfortable, specially the bed. View from our balcony was amazing. They arranged for single bed as per our request. Only thing hot water was coming from the shower most of the time, otherwise rooms were kept very clean by housekeeping everyday.All the people in Rak were very friendly, specially at the reception.Location wise excellent nearby all markets and mall.Thank you Rak elegant and see you next time.
