The pillow smells musty, it looks like it hasn't been dried in the sun. The mattress also smells. Luckily the staff can communicate + there is breakfast and accommodation close to everywhere

The first impression when I checked in was that there were no smiles at all from the employees until checking out was also the same. After 2 days of staying, there were no smiles at all.The room was damp when you first entered the room and immediately felt the smell of dampness in the roomThere is no information about the hot water service only at certain hoursFor a good location in the middle of the city

The lift is dead, not repaired, imagine staying there for 4 days... the lift is dead... and previous guests said the lift was also dead... so I don't know how many weeks/how many months the lift was broken... poor thing on the 5th floor

Basically, every holiday, I stay here, the price is quite cheap, the facilities are good, the hotel smells good, the rooms are clean.I can already have breakfast, but it's a bit of a suggestion if you can change the menu for breakfastπ, because every time you have breakfast you have the same menu, but it's not a problem.

One night at the AIQO Hotel is very comfortable and recommended for those who are far away who want to go to Balikpapan, the workers are friendly, there is breakfast. The hotel can be said to be affordable at 200 thousand. There is also WiFi. Hot water is very decent but the downside is that the towels and pillow sheets smell musty so you have to go there. spray perfume first and the rest is very comfortable here

The location of this hotel is very strategic in the middle of the city and very close to shopping places. This is the second time staying there. It's just a shame that this time there was a really bad smell in the room when I first entered. And because I got a room that seemed to be very close to the neighbors next door, it made it noisy to hear songs until late at night. But for cleanliness, it's okay, just add fragrance :).

The hotel is clean, even though it is still a 1 star but the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean and the water is fast.This check process is fast. For the price of 230 thousand I can still get breakfast. CoolThe location is near the mall, and close to residents' houses,Only if you stay in room 217 near the bar, you can hear disco music until 3 am.

Book via Traveloka a room with twin beds h-1. When I arrived I was told the room was full because there was an extension. Initially they were offered an extra bed and had to pay. But we didn't accept it but ended up staying with an extra bed without having to pay again. Next time, fix it and be more careful about problems like this.Note: the bathroom smells a bit, my suggestion is to give it camphor or bathroom freshener.
