This homestay has a really good location. In front of it there are rice fields next to it, there is a road and then there is a grass field. If you want to go to the sea, it's just a 10 minute walk.There is a swimming pool here, although it is small, the swimming pool is clean and you can see the natural scenery while swimming.The service is really good, the owner is very friendly, the homestay is also clean.Next I really want to come here again.The price is very cheap per night, only 250,000, you can get accommodation this good, suitable for transit or for a honeymoon.

In the morning, I noticed that one of the shoes I had taken off was gone, so I searched the whole neighborhood and found the shoes in an empty lot 20 meters away. I found the insole elsewhere.Those shoes are not vintage shoes. Originally they were white sneakers.It is assumed that a dog bit it and damaged it.There was no manager in sight and the response to inquiries via WhatsApp was disappointing.They are aware of the wandering dog, but avoid it, saying it is not their dog. Sorry for the inconvenience??It's not an inconvenience, it's a damage?Is it okay for dogs other than yours to invade and cause damage?First of all, do they even know what I found, not because I knew the location 20 meters away, but because I searched the whole neighborhood?I should have recognized that dirty feeling before avoiding responsibility.First of all, I asked if I should have paid attention if I recognized that there was a dog wandering around the fence, and I was grateful for the feedback.You think I'm just saying this to give you advice.The worst hotel with a poor attitude towards guests.manager. Such a pleasant stay at Mejan homestay. The owners are so kind and friendly and the location is divine, next to a rice field so you hear all the bugs, the water running, frogs and all kinds of birds. The room is well equipped, good ac, closet, mosquito net. The shower has walls around it so you don’t wet the toilet and the room has many windows with curtains. And the best thing is the bed, it is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and there’s 4 pillows just as comfy. It’s such good value for money, this place is very cheap yet super good. I’ll always stay there whenever I’m in Balian

We arrived after a long trip and owner says the Homestay is not in Agoda.Sent proof and she said she doesn’t receive the booking.Sent proof and she said that there is an agent, a bug in Agoda, blah blahAh now the place is in Agoda.Politely she point us to book another place and this is not her fault or her business.Ridiculous
