I had business to go to in that area, so I made a reservation because I saw that there was a swimming pool. My child liked it, but when I got there the staff informed me that the swimming pool was being renovated but it was still acceptable. But when entering the room The smell of cigarettes is very strong. The room next door smokes. and keep the room door open all the time Foreigners walking on the balcony smoking cigarettes There are cigarette butts along the walkway. Go down to the front desk to ask for a refund. The hotel acted like it wasn't a hotel problem, contacted the app (booked through the app), said the hotel still hasn't received the money and can't help. Report about cigarettes. There was no inspection. There are technicians walking around renovating the hotel. Enter the room and feel unsafe. No responsibility has been shown. Very bad. If you're not ready, you shouldn't open it. If you want to improve or renovate anything, close the hotel first.

Very bad, not ready for service, still open The smell of cigarettes is very strong. Couldn't leave the room. Plus the reservation comes with beautiful pictures. But it doesn't match the cover at all like a million %. Very bad, very bad. Plus, after notifying the hotel, they didn't fix anything. Let the Chinese room open the door. Talking loudly, looking at cigarette smoke, and it's like the room is being used for business, I don't know what. The whole floor was chaotic.

Very bad, very bad since When you turn into the hotel, you will see a shabby place with a massage parlor employee's car next to it, fully parked with no space to park. For guests There is no safety for parked cars and when you walk in to check in. will encounter construction Blocking the way, almost unable to walk, and encountering reception staff who do not welcome you, eating snacks and chatting. Don't care what you walk in and do. Until you walk out yourself because the hotel is in a condition. Under construction, smashing, cutting, drilling, construction equipment blocking the way and scattering. Not available Completely in every aspect But they still stubbornly open until the reservation person who paid in advance agrees to pay for free and not check in at all. It is not recommended and will definitely not use the referral service again.

No cleaning room. Stayed two nights and after first night they told us “cleaning tomorrow”, which was our checkout day 🤷🏼♂️No water refill for room on second day.🤦🏼♂️All facilities (coffee shop etc.) closed🙅🏼♂️Swimming pool filthy and surrounded by construction, not towels or anything available so effectively the pool is closed.🙅🏼♂️Whole building is essentially under construction and seems to have been for a while.👷👷👷♀️Room facilities and decor is very basic (the photos on the booking websites look way better than reality).🙇♂️The hotel is difficult to find.🧐There is nothing really around the location in terms of restaurants and things to do, but at least central eastville mall is only a ten-minute drive.🙇♂️

I booked a stay at this hotel for two days. The location is near the place I need to go. But the hotel is a bit hard to find at first. Couldn’t see the sign on the Main Street. There’s a lot of parking space in that area.The room is nice and spacious but needs a bit maintenance. Overall it’s clean and there maybe some noise from the hall way but no one was making loud noise and it’s quiet during the night. Bed is very comfy. My room is on the third floor and I have a lot of stuff with me so it’s quite a lot of work to walk to the stairs since they don’t have elevator.

Great place to stay if you are here to train at the Superbon camp, only a 15 min walk to the camp. The room was adequate, air conditioning, hot shower etc. The pool was clean and looked inviting. Not much in the vicinity, but if you are prepared to walk then you can find some great shopping malls, restaurants etc. They appear to be doing lots of work to improve the hotel, hopefully this makes a difference.

Clean room, clean floor Clean room equipment The bathroom is clean, the hot water is good. At first check-in took 1 hour. There is a problem with the water pipe. The service staff was fast and very good and changed the room to a new one. Balcony where you can sit There are a lot of trees behind the room. It's a good place to rest.Lack of hair dryer. Hot water is in the central area but they said you can request a kettle from the staff. I like that they give Singha drinking water in glass bottles.

We stayed here for 4 days, room 128.On the 2nd day, the internet was not good and could not be used at all.4 nights, the accommodation is very noisy. People walk around making loud noises at night. In the morning, the staff are very noisy when cleaning. At 6 a.m., the sound of collecting water bottles (glasses in front of the room) is so loud that it's annoying. There should be a storage room that is not in front of the guest room.)On the night of the 3rd day, found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. It was tolerable.On the 4th night, we found 7-8 of them like this, climbing on toothbrushes and on cosmetics. (The sponge I just bought had to be thrown away. I got goosebumps all over. Had to throw away the toothbrush. Items that cockroaches crawl on)Male employees (older Talking is not worth listening to. tone of voice You should not take on the position of receptionist. Doesn't look welcoming to guests)The female employees are very good, helpful, and well mannered.
